Re Egg. Allow me to try and explain, Audi's 'S' cars from this era are understated, quietly styled monsters for discerning drivers who paid a lot to hide their light under a bushel, not for acres of gaudy injection moulded plastic. It's about sophistication; more is less and an understated appearance also has the practical advantage of not attracting the wrong sort of attention, ie from the Police.
Hmmmmm, sorry, I don't see the egg. You have to remember that this design was completely revolutionary back in 2000. Those who see an egg don't see the true body lines and styling. If you look at it from behind, it looks very wide because Audi knew what they were doing regarding weight placement. The weight is centered, rather than most passenger cars, which the body slightly overhangs over the wheels, creating unnecessary inertia.

the only reason someone would give me a thumbs down is if they are blind... these older ones DO look like eggs. There isn't any sort of styling that causes an emotional reaction whether good or bad, its just boring. and I understand its from 2000 but still, even for then its not aggressive enough looking for the great car it is. Thank god audi has gotten their act together and is turning out some of the most beautiful cars ever created to go along with the incredible interiors.

@jancio2 300tyś to żaden wynik, znam egzemplarz który legitymuje moc 337KM przy przebiegu 407tyś :)
