It failed to orbit because of a miss fireing of its rokets after coming back into radio contact after passing behind the planet. They will try again placeing the probe in sleep mode for 6 years when it will once again be in position for another attempt. So its not all doom and gloom yet, there still is a chance that it will do its job, just a little late in comeing in to work LOL.
