Naja, aber es ist ja zu sehen, dass sich die Polizei zurück zieht. Dass die nicht sofort alle ihre Helme abnehmen und in die nächste Bahn steigen dürfte ja wohl klar sein oder?

Und wenn aus den Reihen der Chaoten dann Steine fliegen (die friedlichen Demonstranten schließe ich bewusst aus) dürfte doch wohl logisch sein, dass die Polizei eingreifen MUSS.

Was ich nur mit meinem vorherigen Kommentar ausdrücken wollte, ist dass einerseits der Rechtsstaat abgeschafft werden soll

andererseits werden sämtliche Rechtsmittel und staatl. Förderungen in Anspruch genommen.

Außerdem muss man vllt. auch mal darüber nachdenken, dass die Polizei durch die Chaoten provoziert wurde. Schließlich gibt es auf Demos u.a. ein Vermummungsverbot. Ein Verstoß dagegen stellt eine Rechtsverletzung dar, die entsprechend zu ahnden ist.

Letztlich haben sich doch beide Seiten gegenseitig hochgeschaukelt, so dass ein "anfangen" schwer einer Seite zugeschoben werden kann.

Für Polizeieinsätze gilt eigentlivh der Gurundsatz der Verhältnismäßigkeit und wegen einer kleinen verwaltungsübertretung wie der Nichteinhaltung des Vermummungsverbots Gewalt anzuwenden ist sicher nicht verhältnismäßig...

Wenn bei der Reaktion Trupps in die Menge geschickt werden um die Drecksäcke rauszugreifen, was das gute RECHT der Polizei ist, dann "Haut ab!" gerufen wird, geht man doch nicht auf so was ein.

@trompete181 Ich habe von "ausgehender Gewalt" und nicht von "Provokation" gesprochen. Letzteres würde nach SB-Deutungshoheit / Rechtfertigungsstrategie den Cops schon dann vorgeworfen, wenn einer der anwesenden Polizisten vor Steinwürfen zu laut geatmet hätte.

Ansonsten war beim SB nicht mal ne Seitenbegleitung der Bullerei zu sehen bis der Angriff stattfand.

It also provides a legal process to change things in a lawful manner without resorting to violence.
