Its good, but I had the same one and after a while the main vertical shaft had somehow bent its self causing the heicopter to be really unstable. and sontiously crash. its is the bin now.
Your better off with this:Gyro Flyer R/C Helicopter
it actually works and is not a cheap buy like the PicooZ
that IS NOT a 3d helicopter. 3d helicopters control movement by tilting the blades, not a second propellor at the back, only have 1 main set of blades and are capable of genertaing reverse thrust so they can fly upside down, they are also 6 channels not 3 and are one hell of a lot faster and agile. if you want to see some REAL 3d then jsut search alan szabo on youtube.
Ive got the instructions in my hand now. What do u want from them? And for steering your best getting it to hover in a big space and to just play with the grey swich untill its still, then just use small movements on the right toggle to get used to what the helicopter does. Im 14 and masterd it in a day
Thanks but I found the instructions, and thanks for the tips too ( am also 14 but not good at rc stuff lol). Do you now where I might get a small enough screwdriver for the screws on the wings because one wing snapped but i can replace it with a spare

@giganotozauras 3d in RC Helicopters means that it's capable of hovering upside down. That helicopter is barely capable of hovering right side up.
