Please, the "basic" Eldar anti-Tank Gun, the Brightlance, is able to kill a Tau hovertank in a few shots.

"Their firepower is only met by their arrogance" is a common saying of Eldar for something you know.

Also they rely on fast hitters, so they kill quickly and are fast, just like DE tough normal Eldar are more specialised

it is sayd in the T"au Codex that the Tau, together with the orks and necron have the most powerfull arsenall avalible. The eldar are found of speed and stealth so they can't afford to carry the slow heavy and visible weapons.

You unlock "ard boys" when you get rank 3.
