It IS verified because it's approved by the SEC. The SEC dropped the ball and did not protect the victims of this scum. Every trade that is made or allegedly made has tacit approval of the SEC. If the SEC is ignorant to the fraud, it's not the victim's fault, it's the SEC's fault. These morons on the SEC not only still have their jobs, but they've actually been given RAISES, if you can believe that. We reward incompetence at the government level. How lovely.
