In a way I thought it was Chuck/Blair/Nate because chuck ask's blair why is she still dressed, then Nate looks but it could be for something else in the promo that comes out in the TV, but then it sounds like if its nate or someone else who is saying "this was a huge mistake" then again that could be for something else, and well chuck did say that he has kissed another guy before and well Jenny is just acting crazy lately so who knows confusing.
