i love my moms phillipino style of crawfish. Warning do not use these ingredients because i dont remeber all of em she put in coconut milk (not thick) 2 can's. seasond salt. garlic poweder, kaiyan pepper and thts all i rememer. good coconut taste with a spicyness to it. and the coconut dident make it sweet. just make it taste coconutty.
We're just a rockslide away in the foothills just outside of Knoxville. Driving down to Chauvin, La to get some more in about two weeks. I'll post them. They are AWESOME!
