wow... what a shit video this was. Inspiration is what I feel when I see an Asian girl with big tits. As for the Bible not contradicting itself, WTF? In Matt 7:12 Jesus says "Do unto others..." yet Deuteronomy 22:28-29 says a man can rape an unmarried woman so long as her father gets 50 shekels out of it. You really think that squares with Jesus' teachings? If you're going to use an iron age book of poorly translated fairy tales to prop yourself up, use ALL of it or get rid of it, you hypocrite.
@shaunmalley No offense but this is the kind of ignorance we hear ALL the time from people who read a little scripture and then think they know what it means. Dude, Deu 22:28-29; read it in the king james and a few other translations in light of the 10 commandments for example and you'll see it gives NOONE permission to rape but rather by law, the person had sexual relations with the woman and they are found (indicating it was MUTUAL) then that man has to marry her, etc.
@shaunmalley The law was given to deter and deal with specific issues like that. It by NO MEANS means what you just stated or think it means. A casual reading of the Bible will get you back in dark age mentality. Put some serious thought to it next time before you go off on a tangent like this.
@713NawfSid3 - Yes the bible tells us there are countless worlds and beings out there... none of which we will be able to find or see until after the second coming of Christ. As for the testing of Abraham's faith, the Bible describes Abraham as the father of faith, he knew the voice of God, and the request to give up his own son, the very one God promised him in his old age, illustrates to the entire unvierse what God was going to do for you and me and every else, give up his own Son Jesus.
I would further assert that throughout the Bible, Torah, and Quran there is no mention of the dinosaurs and we all know there is incontravertable evidence that proves they existed and there is also a woman found in the cradle of civilation (AFRICA) carbon dated at over 5 million years old...what GOD created them?
Actually this is where are incorrect. There are what looks to be references to great beasts of strength such as behemoth and livathon with descriptions that match what we call dinosaurs in the Bible. Bible indicates that man and dinasaur did in fact roam the earth at the same time. As for the woman found in Africa, ask yourself, WHY was carbon-dating used to date this woman over any other method of dating. Same goes for fossils.
religious people just cant accept the truth that god isnt real and religion is pointless. religion is just the truth put in its most crappest form. SCIENCE IS THE ONLY TRUTH
If science is the only truth, then what does science say is the purpose of your existence? Survival of the fit? Nice ideology. This is where philosophy and religion takes over. Oh and for the record, Christianity is true, Jesus Christ paid the price on the cross you and I deserve, and God is waiting for you to prove just how good He really is. I hope you'll see this someday.
I believe that science and faith don't have to counter each other. I see science as the study of how God created everything. It is beautiful, to study it all and understand the complex mechanisms God conceived.
Evolution makes sense? So the bible says we're all inbred (humans coming from humans) and you can't believe in the God of the bible, yet you can accept a theory that says you are related to an onion and an amoeba way back in the evolutionary timeline? interesting.
And yes there are starving children and rape victims in the world. And God commands that we all do our best to follow His principles and obey His ways. We all don't, hence the mess we're in. So what r u doing to improve the situation?
humans of the same dna. adam and eve's sons and daughters (who are not inbred) will do it and their sons and daughters will b inbred. and no we r not related to an onions, monkey's our dna is like 98% alike. its hell of alot more convincing than god.
i cant do n e thing yet im 17, if i become wealthy i will donate money for those children but it will never end
You clearly do not know what evolution teaches then if you accept the theory but not the notion that we are related genetically and biologically to an onion. Go over the Berkley university evolution website sometime for ex. Similarities in dna even at the 98% level proves nothing in and of itself. Must study the mechanisms themselves that supposedly make it happen and that is where the theory crumbles. As for donating money.. you have a good heart, but if it will never end, is it worth it?
Let's assume for a moment that the bible is fact. Let's guess that around the time of Noah there were 100,000 people on the planet to be conservative.Let's guess that 10% of those were children between the ages of 0 and 5.That's 10,000 babies your god drowned and murdered because he was pissed off. How proud you must all be for following him.
The text clearly expresses the depth and magnitude of God's judgment/feelings on the people prior to the flood. God knows the end from the beginning and it is His prerogative to do so. God also gave the people notice via Noah for more than 120 years of the coming judgment to be saved. The people did not believe Noah of course. And u blame God for this?
There is a good reason for it and only God is qualified to make that judgment call since ONLY He knows the intent of every heart & mind and the beginning from the end. You and I don't. I'm sure you wouldn't mind if God wiped out Hitler or Kenghis Khan and his men as infants, but GOd is merciful. At that time Pharoah pronounced the sentence of the 1st born upon himself and his people. God gave Egypt 9 chances to repent and let His people go. But blame God, it's easier isn't it.
sleanos: Yes, but who do you call the "God"? Do you mean the Creator of the Earth, (life on Earth) or our Galaxy (solar system) or the whole Universe. It's rather silly to assume the "creator of the Universe" would ever care about "judging" your "thoughts and feelings", he is too far away from you and too detached, so who's your "God"?
Hmmm, well I'm quoting Bible scripture, so isn't obvious I mean the Judeo-Christian God. Creator of life, the heaven our Galaxy and the the whole universe. The only TRUE God. And why is it silly. Find if you personally beleive this. Let's here your justification though as to why it's silly that God would care for you and me.
sleanos: Because the God has to take care of the whole Universe, and we're the tiny bit of it. You shouldn't be that selfish to think that the God "cares about you" If you do some scientific and spiritual research my friend, you will find out what's true and what's not about the scriputures. The All Mighty is in the state of Agwanti. (detachment)
Saying God cares about is not selfish at all. God made mankind and it is revealed in scripture that He gave His only Son (Jesus agreed from the 'beginning') for us to redeem us. Your statement is like saying, I can't say my mother loves me even though she gave birth to me because it would be selfish. And science my friend supports much of what is plainly written in scripture. If you would like to go down that route, please be my quest. Spent the last few years talking with people about this.
Let's remember something, you came onto my youtube page attacking my beliefs, calling me selfish to think God cares about me and a HOST OF other accusations. You have something yet to learn about tact and compassion when it comes to speaking of truth, friend. It would do you good to learn more of Jesus Christ and apply it by the grace of God to your life.
sleanos: Wrong statement. The "god" who spoke with Moses said that he would "do everything to make Pharaoh's heart to be "deaf" to what Moses was saying"! He never gave a CHACE to Egyptians to save their lives!
Your kidding right? NT calls this grieving away the Holy Spirit. He does everything He can to plead gently with a person to DO RIGHT. There IS a point of no return where God gives up a person finally to their own lusts and desires because that person has completely rejected saving grace. Pharaoh happened to reach that point. There is much indication that MANY of the eqyptians chose to go with the Hebrews and were saved, continue reading the next few books of the bible please.
sleanos: Do you know the difference between the God (The Light and Love) and its emanations? Do you know the difference between the material and spiritual? The Good and the Evil?
sleanos: The OT's "god" provoked Egytians to "resist" Moses (read the Exodus) hemade Egyptians "angry" and then he killed the Egyptian newborn baies, poisoned their rivers, etc but he was "Loving and Merciful" to Hitler!!!Fantastic! Do you want anyone to be jusdged by such an asshole as the OT's "god"?
The Old Testament God was actually Christ Himself. Read the MANY strong passages in the NT friend. It is the same God. Hitler has been giving the chance to redeem himself through Jesus Christ (what a loving God!) and he blew it, at least that's what I beleive. Won't know for certain till the second coming of Christ. Actually, pharoah brought it on himself by resisting God and being stubborn and prideful and continuing to keep the hebrew slaves. Sounds like you are in favor of slavery?!
With the flood... you can blame the parents, people who should know better and could have gotten on the ark, but instead chose to ignore the warnings. For 120 years Noah was chosen to warn the people. The text tells us how evil the people where at the time and their time was up with God. The children would have just followed in their parents and sorroundings footsteps. Infinite wisdom stepped in and took over, just like He will do in the near future at the 2nd coming of Christ.
sleanos: Noah was "warning people about what"? They were the God's creatures, weren't they? If the God made a "mistake" creating such evil monsters, so he had to flood them all, whose fault was that? The "Creator's"? Or the "Created"? If the God was perfect he should have made no mistake. He definitely was NOT PERFECT. So who was he, the one you wroship? What's his name?
It was man's fault of course. Let's not forget that Satan and his angels tempt man also. A person can either follow the ways of God or follow the ways of Satan. Doing right is following God (for starters). Doing wrong, is ALWAYS following Satan. God is perfect. Let's not confuse HIS creation with Himself. We are not God nor perfect. God did not create "evil monsters" as you put it. Lucifer for example chose to not follow God's ways, rebelled and became Satan of his own free will.
Makes little different IF you personally believe this or not. This is what the Bible teaches. So if you are going to misquote the bible, at least try to include all the reasons and not just nit pick some of them.
sleanos: why shouldn't we confuse God's creation with himself? Wasn't it his fault to make people who are not perfect? And who is the Satan? The YHWH of the OT looks very much like the Satan for a human being, otherwise why he constantly is doing (provoking people) to do evil? And what part of the OT describes the story of the Lucifer? I'd like to read it.
God is the creator, the creation is what He made. It's that simple. Now you tell us how God and the creation can be one in the same (pantheism). Why is it God's fault that people are not perfect? That's like saying it's the parents fault that a child grows up to be a mass murderer.
Satan, is Lucifer, the fallen created head angel of heaven. YHWH of the OT and Satan look much alike ONLY to the person who has a VERY superficial understanding of the Bible. Let's not confuse God's attributes of a Loving, long-suffering, merciful God and the fact that He does not let sin (wrong doing) go unpunished in OT. There are consequences to ALL our actions. Judgment day is coming friend and I pray you will learn of Jesus who can transform your heart to have an unmatchless love for man.
sleanos: If you look at what you call the "teaching of the Bible" (OT)you will see that there is NO teaching in it. If you can imagine for a second that the Bible which was found by men was not the "real one" and the "real one" was lost, so we can't know all the truth ut only a tiny part of this truth.. Then you might recognize that there is no way "you can teach" what's written in the scriptures, since you don't understand it yourself. Nor anyone else understand it.
Please read what you write before posting it. There is MUCH to be learned from the OT and there is plenty to teach others from it. Kids understand this truth and can appreciate the many truths of the OT events along with the NT. So you're saying something like....oh I don't the 10 commandments, cannot be understood nor taught to people? That's OT.
floydoid: The OT was not written by God.The scriptures (all of them) were written by men, like you and me. The God can't e blamed on people's stupidity, he gave us rains so he definitely wanted us "to think" before we "believe" any bullshit written in the OT was "true".
Yes of course the Bible was written by men, men who were moved by the Holy Spirit. This is what the Bible claims of itself also. Friend, you should really ask more questions instead of assuming people don't think or invetigate things fully before coming to the conclusion that we can believe in something. Makes you look pretty ignorant. Study all of the Old & New Testament prophecies for starters, then archaelogoy, history, science also. No other religion compares to Christianity as being truth.
sleanos: I did study and I'm studying. The O.T. has very little to do with the New Testament. The God in the OT is an evil. (Satan) or people are fools to believe that the God of the NT is a "Perfect One"? Which Holy Spirit you're talking about, the men were writing what they thought was the right thing to "say" at the time they were writing.
sleanos:Because something is seriously amiss there. (in OT) Perfection, the logic and the power of the pure thought, the deep knowledge of the Light and Love that's what the so called "scriptures" of the OT lack.
The OT scriptures lack nothing, if anything, they provide TONS of examples of peoples experiences that had to learn the truths that we appreciate today within the NT and the life of Jesus Christ, THE HARD WAY. Best teacher sometimes is by experience. It is recorded in the OT for all to learn from it without having to go through it unnecessarily.
sleanos: You said you know the New Testament, so could you please explain to me: What did Jesus teach, what's his teaching was all aout and what does it mean? What kind of message Jesus brought to us?
Jesus taught us to Love God first and foremost and to love one another (brotherly love), including our enemies and those that despise us (not seek retaliation) and to obey the WILL of God. Repent of sins (any and all evil doings), confess them to God the Father in the name of God the Son to be forgiven.
sleanos: Yes, I do blame the "god" (your god) for this. For murdering people, provoking wars and conflicts, jealousy and envy, chaos and terror, injustice, lies, cruelty and malice. If he "created" the people then he was their "father", and would you kill your kid if they don't "listen to you"?
Bible says His ways are higher than our ways and that He is long suffering and merciful HOWEVER by no means does He clear the GUILTY. Wrong doing IS punished in some fashion or form because He is also a JUST King. You over simplify the matters of WHY judgements occured in the Old Testament and wrongly surmise it was an ad-hoc killing spree.
sleanos: Ok, tell what's right. Tell me why the God behaved in such a wicked manner (let's call it this way..) with Egyptians? Why did he always punish Egyptians and helped Moses, who BTW comitted a crime! Was the God "a just King"? Or was he an evil hypocrite who "chose the jewish" and helped them all the way to rip off, deceive and kill Egyptians?
Sorry buddy, you haven't answered any of my questions that I posed to you. You are wasting my time if you think I'm going to sit here and just answer you all day long without reciprocation.
Gen 6:5,6 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
sleanos: Exactly: the wickedness of men was too obvious for the Creator, but what did he epect from the creatures he created himself in his own "image"? Reading the OT you don't think that YHWH himself was not a kind of a very ""nice guy"?
Jesus claimed to be that very God of the old testament friend. I think you have rather superficial understanding of the Bible and need to study it again if you think God "was not a very nice guy". =)
No one was prevented from entering the Ark. They were told about the flood and that if the chose not to enter the Ark they would die. They chose to die, God provided a way of salvation that they decided not to use.
Like I said before, you can't have it both ways. If you are going to quote the OT events then at least quote the reasons why and what it says. Bible tells us, it GRIEVED GOD's heart that He had made man and now had to destroy them. This judgment was a fortelling of judgment to come only next time it will be by fire instead of a world wide flood.
sleanos: The God can't be "Judaic" or "Christian". The God is ONE and consists of many which makes him the ALL. The God is higher than the lousy scriptures. The God is LOVE. And it's within us. You should seek and find it, and when you find it, know the name of it: the CHRIST.
Sorry friend, their are many reasons why what you say I strongly disagree with. Jesus makes it very clear that NOONE sees the Father or makes it to heaven but THROUGH Jesus Christ, not buddha, not Mohammed, not Zoraster, etc, etc. Now explain to us why God cannot be the Judaea-Christian God found within scripture.
Hmm... Wow... More information that I should have found out sooner, when talking about the archaeology of the bible to others! I never heard of the Moabite Stone, or the Lachish letters in particular. And I undermined the importance of the Rosetta Stone. Thanks a lot.
Yes and of course there's lots more we could cite from, but this should help the skeptic understand how historically accurate the Bible is and why it should be treated not only as God's inspired word but also a reliable historical work (regardless of the miraculous contained within)
wow... what a shit video this was. Inspiration is what I feel when I see an Asian girl with big tits. As for the Bible not contradicting itself, WTF? Then you might recognize that there is no way "you can teach" what's written in the scriptures, since you don't understand it yourself. Nor anyone else understand it.

Please read what you write before posting it. There is MUCH to be learned from the OT and there is plenty to teach others from it. Kids understand this truth and can appreciate the many truths of the OT events along with the NT. So you're saying something like....oh I don't the 10 commandments, cannot be understood nor taught to people? That's OT.

floydoid: The OT was not written by God.The scriptures (all of them) were written by men, like you and me. The God can't e blamed on people's stupidity, he gave us rains so he definitely wanted us "to think" before we "believe" any bullshit written in the OT was "true".
overseasmedia 3 years ago

Hey if that's what you believe, I can't change your way of thinking. So be it.
sleanos 3 years ago
sleanos:Because something is seriously amiss there. (in OT) Perfection, the logic and the power of the pure thought, the deep knowledge of the Light and Love that's what the so called "scriptures" of the OT lack.
overseasmedia 3 years ago
The OT scriptures lack nothing, if anything, they provide TONS of examples of peoples experiences that had to learn the truths that we appreciate today within the NT and the life of Jesus Christ, THE HARD WAY. Best teacher sometimes is by experience. It is recorded in the OT for all to learn from it without having to go through it unnecessarily.

sleanos: You said you know the New Testament, so could you please explain to me: What did Jesus teach, what's his teaching was all aout and what does it mean? What kind of message Jesus brought to us?
overseasmedia 3 years ago
Jesus taught us to Love God first and foremost and to love one another (brotherly love), including our enemies and those that despise us (not seek retaliation) and to obey the WILL of God. Repent of sins (any and all evil doings), confess them to God the Father in the name of God the Son to be forgiven.

Judgement day is coming for all, but Jesus' mission the first time He came was not to condemn man but to save us... ALL of us.
sleanos 3 years ago
sleanos: Yes, I do blame the "god" (your god) for this. For murdering people, provoking wars and conflicts, jealousy and envy, chaos and terror, injustice, lies, cruelty and malice. If he "created" the people then he was their "father", and would you kill your kid if they don't "listen to you"?
overseasmedia 3 years ago
Bible says His ways are higher than our ways and that He is long suffering and merciful HOWEVER by no means does He clear the GUILTY. Wrong doing IS punished in some fashion or form because He is also a JUST King. You over simplify the matters of WHY judgements occured in the Old Testament and wrongly surmise it was an ad-hoc killing spree.
sleanos 3 years ago
sleanos: Ok, tell what's right.

And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
sleanos 4 years ago
sleanos: Exactly: the wickedness of men was too obvious for the Creator, but what did he epect from the creatures he created himself in his own "image"? Reading the OT you don't think that YHWH himself was not a kind of a very ""nice guy"?
overseasmedia 3 years ago
Jesus claimed to be that very God of the old testament friend. I think you have rather superficial understanding of the Bible and need to study it again if you think God "was not a very nice guy". =)

No one was prevented from entering the Ark. They were told about the flood and that if the chose not to enter the Ark they would die. They chose to die, God provided a way of salvation that they decided not to use.

floydoid: Yeah, he must have been definitely very "pissed off" to destroy what he had created saving Noah didn't help much either.
overseasmedia 3 years ago
Like I said before, you can't have it both ways. If you are going to quote the OT events then at least quote the reasons why and what it says. Bible tells us, it GRIEVED GOD's heart that He had made man and now had to destroy them. This judgment was a fortelling of judgment to come only next time it will be by fire instead of a world wide flood.

sleanos: The God can't be "Judaic" or "Christian". The God is ONE and consists of many which makes him the ALL. The God is higher than the lousy scriptures. The God is LOVE. And it's within us. You should seek and find it, and when you find it, know the name of it: the CHRIST.
overseasmedia 3 years ago
Sorry friend, their are many reasons why what you say I strongly disagree with. Jesus makes it very clear that NOONE sees the Father or makes it to heaven but THROUGH Jesus Christ, not buddha, not Mohammed, not Zoraster, etc, etc. Now explain to us why God cannot be the Judaea-Christian God found within scripture.

This is a very informative video. Thank you so much. May our Lord keep you in His protection my friend.

Hmm...
