Dude, Deu 22:28-29; read it in the king james and a few other translations in light of the 10 commandments for example and you'll see it gives NOONE permission to rape but rather by law, the person had sexual relations with the woman and they are found (indicating it was MUTUAL) then that man has to marry her, etc.

As for the testing of Abraham's faith, the Bible describes Abraham as the father of faith, he knew the voice of God, and the request to give up his own son, the very one God promised him in his old age, illustrates to the entire unvierse what God was going to do for you and me and every else, give up his own Son Jesus.

Actually this is where are incorrect. There are what looks to be references to great beasts of strength such as behemoth and livathon with descriptions that match what we call dinosaurs in the Bible. Bible indicates that man and dinasaur did in fact roam the earth at the same time. As for the woman found in Africa, ask yourself, WHY was carbon-dating used to date this woman over any other method of dating. Same goes for fossils.

You clearly do not know what evolution teaches then if you accept the theory but not the notion that we are related genetically and biologically to an onion. Go over the Berkley university evolution website sometime for ex. Similarities in dna even at the 98% level proves nothing in and of itself. The text clearly expresses the depth and magnitude of God's judgment/feelings on the people prior to the flood. God knows the end from the beginning and it is His prerogative to do so. God also gave the people notice via Noah for more than 120 years of the coming judgment to be saved. The people did not believe Noah of course. And u blame God for this?

Saying God cares about is not selfish at all. God made mankind and it is revealed in scripture that He gave His only Son (Jesus agreed from the 'beginning') for us to redeem us. The Old Testament God was actually Christ Himself. Read the MANY strong passages in the NT friend. It is the same God. For 120 years Noah was chosen to warn the people. The text tells us how evil the people where at the time and their time was up with God. No one was prevented from entering the Ark. They were told about the flood and that if the chose not to enter the Ark they would die. They chose to die, God provided a way of salvation that they decided not to use.
