this is a shitty ass supersingle light.looks like 131 or 132...easy to drill on but the cellar is a joke....nippling up is a treat!! and the back up clamp is a waste of space.

@alienincognito it can also run on 80%water 20% pickle juice, battery acid and many other things. Really, anything carbon. veg oil as well, thereby making oil completely useless

we've got a volant tool on our super single slant no nubbins just thread pretects its goes in your turn the top drive in and the volant tool pushs out dies that catch on the inside of the casing pretty slick

has any one seen a schramm rig they work something like this but i would load the drill pipe into a rod carrier out of the pipe tub and run it up with two winches up to the top head drive. schramm is a company out of pennsylvana really good rigs but only good to 5500 foot ive punched 100s of wells in WV on one u can be on and off location in 7 days easy

most supersingles have a zip line for the x/o sub so you hang it up and push it down to the leasehand. and that pipe arm looks old school...doesn't look to have a second stage but i'm sure it works none the less. the supersingles are nice rigs to work on.

i'm an idiot?? hell no!! i just hadn't had the opportunity(or should i say misfortune) to work on a ssl when i made that comment...i know it has a shitty ass ram for a second stage...i was more familiar w/ ss's and the more larger, beefier pipe arms...i know better now...ssl's suck ass...they are fast..but still suck ass!! i even drilled on a ssl mobile with the joysticks in the doghouse...that was a fucked up rig. pd can keep that junk...i'm working on mint iron now...

What rig is this? Im waitin for mine to fire up. (383 Kelley Double). PD ftw! roughneckb .. its a top drive with a shaddy lazy pipearm.. see the crossover the roughneck grabbed outta the casing stump ... walk off the floor down the catwalk and screw it into a piece of casing, pipearm runs up top drive screws into crossover. Simple and BS! I worked on a new Lakota super single a few years ago.. run 11" surface casing and carry that 75lb POS a hundred times.. Covered in dope!
