  • looks like you've got 'em. just keep practicing...

    a few things that have helped me:

    -make your legs feel WEIGHTLESS

    -push on the top of your head (front and back) to balance, just like you use your palms and fingers to balance in a handstand -most of all. flex your body HARD when you start to float and keep focused on the top of your head

    for taps...

    make of goal of going 6 taps then floating, then when you can do that 3, then 2, then 1 and float

    keep it up
