James Cameron was intending on it, but as soon as 9/11 happened he found himself a little disturbed by doing a Jihadist Terrorism movie. Watch True Lies 1 nowadays you can see the possible concern. However they should DEFINATELY make it happen, not even with a terrorist plotline. True Lies 2 could (and would) resurrect most of their careers, on the condition that Arnie, Tom Arnold & Jamie Lee are all in the same movie.

The first one was awesome, they could do like Lethel Weapon 4, it'd work!

This should have been made ten years ago but James Cameron was dragging his feet on it. before canning it after 9/11. This actually sounds like a better option for Arnold then yet another disappointing Terminator(first 2=awesome, last 2=not so awesome). IMO True Lies was Arnold's last truly great movie.

(: I think it will go something like...arnold and jamie lee curtis will be divorced or she had been killed in action and he now finds himself a new love interest and his daughter is off in another country with a husband and kids and living her own life..i feel they will be estranged..but some BIG EVENT will lead them back to each other..--G
