Part 1: I swear it's no word of lie, but my nephew said to me today "Uncle Nathan, if I die, will you make sure that all my toys are buried with me?". (The boy will turn eight on Saturday!) I answered that I will be long dead by the time he dies and that that is all a long way in the future unless something goes wrong - like one of us forgets to look before crossing the road. And he said "well, if you die before me will you please come back as a ghost and bring my toys to my afterlife?".

Part 2: (How does a child of his age know about such a concept??). I told him that most of his toys are made of plastic and that they'd be around much longer than either he or I - and he found that comforting. Even when I tried to explain the consequences for the planet. Penniless, I wish you had been there. no worries. he didn't feel criticized by this video, and yeah, i liked the videos he posted and was sad to see them go, but he his reasons for pulling them.

if you put social criticism out here in the public eye you'll be misconstrued, disagreed with, criticised, fairly or not, at least as often as you reach people who readily see your points and agree with you, if not more. i wouldnt sweat it.please dont be sorry that you're asking tough questions and expressing difficult ideas in your own way. if there's a better way to get these things effectively communicated, you won't find it by giving up, will you? please don't give up!
