Very good job with the oldschoolish feel. Very smooth too. It could be more eased here and there, but I realise there's a lot to draw and spacing everything exactly gets bothersome haha.
@Jannto The pencils I've done so far are roughs- once I get into clean-up/inking, I do plan to retool all of the irksome parts. If there are any pieces you recommend I revisit, please do let me know.
@JoTheZette The very beginning is definitely a little unnecessarily fast, the first few seconds after the drape opening where she is looking around and stuff. The part around 0:25 is a little odd, it looks as if the handpuppet thingies where going upwards while the background remained still.
This is just nitpicking really, top notch job alltogether. I especially gotta applaud the part with the monkey and raccoon, absolutely perfect.
@Jannto You're right about the Mitzi's movement in the beginning. I wanted her movements to be very sharp and quick, but it could use more easing. The Monkey Puppets actually are lifted upward at 0:25 by the bird and the bees. I'll think about what I can do to make it better, but hopefully it will look clearer after the clean-up stage. Thank you for your kind comments, and I really do appreciate constructive criticism. I want this thing to be as good as I can possibly make it. :)
I literally can't stop watching this! It reminds me so much of cartoons that I used to watch when I was younger, and has a very oldy cartoon esque feel about it; making it all the more endearing and fun to watch! I really can't wait for this to be finished ^_^
