sonjiya: Sometimes, depending on the store or counter, an MA will mark a line on the bottom label of a product or chip out a piece of the exterior packaging so that you can't use it for the B2MAC program. I don't know why they do this as it hasn't happened to me so I can't give you much more than that.

MAC does not specify on their site that the pans are required and as far as I'm concerned any counter or store that tells you they are is wrong. I keep hearing different things from different MAs, which has always been MAC's biggest problem - no one has the same story.

The Pro store I went to said the pans had to be in the eyeshadow shell for back to mac. I was highly upset about that because I think that's ridiculous. If you have the outer shell, that should be enough IMO but I don't make the rules... I also called the customer service number and they said that they are not supposed to accept depotted containers because MAC doesn't support depotting.

Also the paint pots in Indianwood, Contructionist & Artifact, the new lipglass Peroxide, lipstick Pervette, & Fix +. Then went on to Sephora & got several Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliners & Too Faced Shade insurance & Smashbox lip exfoliator. This is my 2nd MAC/Sephora haul in a month, I need to stop before I put myself in the poorhouse! But makeup shopping is fun!

I've wondered about this for a while, so I worked it out. The difference between the regular price for the potted shadows($14.50) and the unpotted pro pans ($11) is $3.50. Multiplied by six is $21, much greater than the cost of one eyeshadow, lipstick or gloss. So, if you buy the potted shadows just so you can turn the six pots in for a new product you're losing money. Buy the pro pans.

Awesome! I haven't worked them all out, but the difference on six regular blushes is the same price as a regular brush, so again you save with pro pans. At least B2M is still worth it for the lipsticks, foundations and other things. I have a ton of lipsticks and I melted them down as per Enkore's method so I could B2M them sooner!

What is a good sensitive but effective eye makeup remover? Right now I use estee Lauder's total makeup remover but its so expensive and I tried Almays eye makeup remover but it doesnt work well either.. What do you suggest?
