  • Lou had the greatest voice in R&R! I give him a lot of credit for conquering his brain tumor! His voice and weight...? Yeah, it's not the same, but neither is ANY other 60 yr old playing their old hits who have not endured what Lou has! Rock on Lou!

  • Before you make ignorant comments, remember he was very ill... he will be on medication for the rest of his life, medication that makes him heavy. Who cares about his weight? He's 60 yrs old! He is still Lou Gramm... heart and soul.

  • I bought the Lou Gramm Band cd and i think Lou's voice is powerful and warm. I'd feel sad if he'd stop singing. I'd like them to come to Europe, otherwise I have to go to America cause i want to see and hear him live once in my life!!!

  • Erv66 whoever you are ... you're horrible. Lou's amazing and so is his band. Love ya Lou. You still rock!

  • HORRIBLE

  • In spite of illness and weight gain, he still sings a whole lot better than some of these new bands. That's pretty sorry on their part. Actually he did pretty good solo "without" Foreigner.

  • Wonderful singer, great voice and i like the way he express his feelings.

  • It's heartbreaking to see him perform in front of such a small crowd. :-(

  • look at the size of Lou! xD

  • Lou had a brain tumor removed early in the decade and that's what has caused his weight gain and loss of voice control. He didn't just let himself go. While he is certainly not what he was, credit to him for still rockin'.

  • God blesses Lou..from his past and to the present..What a real man..

  • even after his so important health problems and consequences, Lou Gramm always remains as one of the BEST VOICES FOR HE LAST 30 YEARS !

    Love Lou Gramm forever !!!

  • First off.... I love Lou Gramm

    2nd .... He is nothing w/o Foreigner

3rd..... Sadly he can't hit the notes he used to anymore. It's time to retire and do something else. Maybe that's why Steve Perry stays away..... Age robs us ..... it sucks but we have no control over it....

  • ALL OUR RESPECTS !!! Love LOU GRAMM FOREVER !!!!!!

  • i wonder lou gramm release his greatest hits yet.solo one.

  • I am thinking maybe Italian. Lou's birth name is Louis Grammatico.

  • Lou is truly the king of rock vocals. I wish I could have played guitar or keys in a band with him (I've played in rock groups touring bars across Canada). I've played Foreigner songs and to have had his voice there would truly have freaked me out and inspired me. There's such intensity and passion in this man. What a privilege to have lived at the same time and to see and hear him. God bless Lou! BTW does anyone know his cultural background (English, French, Italian, Russian?)? Wondering..

  • Lou is sounding much better than a few years ago. I saw foreigner in 1995 and it was a fantastic show. I hope lou keeps going for years to come. Hey, we all put on a few pounds the older we get. Can you say Mike Reno (Loverboy) Steve Miller, Ann Wilson, Pat DiNizio (Smithereens) etc.... It doesn't matter to me. Enjoy life and be kind to each other.

  • Seen Lou last week-end and his voice is sounding great. Truly a amazing story, God Bless this living legend.

  • Lou Gramm is eligible for Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame in 2012.

  • Sounds great, but he's clearly been eating too many Whopper w/cheese combos...

  • Gisher: Do some research before you make a stupid and uniformed comment like that. Lou had brain tumor surgery in '97 and it wreaked havoc on his metabolism. He'll be on meds for the rest of his life.

  • I'm sorry poking fun. That was uncool of me. I've never actually knew that kind of thing caused weight gain, I actually expected weight loss, but my bad. My friend had something similar and he lost weight, but may not be exactly the same disease Lou Gramm had. I worship Foreigner, always will. Peace.

  • Gisher:It takes a big person to apologize and you stepped up to the plate BIGTIME. Thanks. The tumor was benign but it still damaged his pituitary gland and all kinds of other things and his metabolism has never been the same.

  • HE's still got it though. I still try to see them if they ever tour in my area...Gramm is no longer wiht them right?

  • Gisher: With who? Foreigner? This youtube clip is with his band...the Lou Gramm Band. Kelly Hansen has been Foreigner's vocalist since 5/05 and the band's transformation has been impressive. It felt strange seeing someone else fronting Foreigner in the beginning but I quickly grew to love Kelly.

  • Mr. Gramm belongs in the rock 'n roll hall of fame. Without a doubt one of the best voices ever, and a great songwriter, too!! What do we need to do, get some kind of petition going?

  • Lou Gramm is the singer of all time.

Mo matter what he's been through.

  • Holy crap, this was filmed in my hometown.

It kinda sucks cause I had no idea he played here.

  • remember shadowking. they were great w lou on lead vocals. lou ur the best keep rockin..

  • Lou Gramm has one of the best rock voices from that era. He has more balls than anyone for what he's been through and get up there and still sound good. I love this dude.

  • His voice is right up ther with Paul Rodgers, Steve Perry, Roger Daltery and Robin Zander. Amazing!

  • He had a brain tumor surgery over a decade ago... I was lucky enough to see him perform in Mexico City before the surgery (1995 I think) and again a couple of years ago, right here in Veracruz, my home town.

He definetely can't hit those high notes anymore, so he had to change his style a bit, but have no doubt: The man STILL CAN SING, and in my opinion, he's still a force to reckon with... He can kick all of today pseudo-rock singers' ass any day.

    Go Lou!!!

  • I was searching in the internet, what's about this kind of tumor. And I can tell you, that's not easy. Operation of 18 hours. And that many things will not be as befor.

Lou Gramm is still one my best lead vocals.

And after this operation, my respect is more than great. To stay in a concert. THAT'S GREAT.

  • he had a brain tumor i think . he looks like hes back better than ever. one of my fav songs

  • lou gramm is still kool.one of the best rock vocals in history. right up there with paul rogers and a FEW others.......

  • song kicks ass!!! great job for a great song!!!thanx for sharing!!!

  • Thanks Lou!!! Awesome!!!

  • lou gramm is my fav singer. hes been through a lot but hes still rockin.

  • What did he go through?

  • Lu, thank God you are still here and still give us your voice to make us happy. I love you, keep on rockin`!!!

  • Plant, Morrison, Bowie, Perry, Gramm & many i cant mention-absolute rock 'n' roll history period-never be matched.

  • He sounds better and even looks better too!! Too bad he's no longer with his former bandmates...per shame Mick Jones, I hope he's happy with Kelly and Jason!!

  • the drummer is not playing the song right at all. It saddens me to see one of the greatest rock singers ever in this condition.

  • lou gramm is rock and roll.

  • Great. Sounds like Lou. Wish there was a close up

  • Lou Gramm is my favorite singer of All time, Thank God he can and Does still rock on!!!! Love you Lou,Thanks for all the wonderful lyrics,WOW you can sing!!! I'm still a fan .
