@yksityinen93 Because you definitely will hurt your back later on.. try to keep your back flat on the bench, and pick a lower weight so you can maintain the correct form. it's better for you back, and your muscle growth
@VoCaLBuLaRy If you knew anything about powerlifting, you'd know that it is not dangerous. It is actually the safest way to do it, with the greatest transfer of power. Not everyone's goal is hypertrophy, some people want to get better at "the lift".
Your benching with an arched back?? that is sooo bad!
