  • I am a better man, a better human after having been blessed enough to hear this man most divine voice. Although I am not a Sufi nor a Muslim, I do feel these words deep in my heart, my soul dances with pure joy when I hear him sing. A quote seems appropriate, "There are many paths to the top of the mountain, but only one summit; love". I give you peace and peace I give you.

  • you must be a great man to actually understand this voice and let it penetrate to your heart.

  • Can someone please tell me which concerts were these clips taken from; the one where he has the brown dress, and the other one where it looks like he has pink dress(I know it is the lighting), I have been trying to find it for a LONG time. Please let me know if you are aware, it would be really appreciated.

  • The right way to a spirituality, for the lost souls. In science-fiction world of deception ,with no sense.

  • layllpur isnt a village ....lol its one of the biggest cities of the world!!!

  • HAHAHAHHA okay music is alowed in ISLAm OUR PROPHET DAWUD he use to sing and pracrtice, his scales, and was really amasingly good.

  • They are two kind of songs or sounds you like.

The First ones are songs you hear, like but you don't want to hear again.

The second are songs or sounds you hear, like but you don't want to stop of hearing it.

  • How can a qawali be a method of conveying the message of Islam when it is not something allowed of muslims to practice?

Sufism is no longer what it was supposed to be.

Man has changed the meanings of all things.

The thought of man is no longer as clear as it was without the advancement we believe critical to success.

    Wake up.

Listen to your heart and praise god.

May Allah guide all of us, insha'allah.

  • Asslamualaiqum my dearest friend .... oh! I don't who you are but, do you know what it is the natural willing. It is not only related to sufism it is natural willing, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad will stated at a time that, When we hear some good voices such as when bird sing, it touch our heart we need to hear it more than mine, as well as whenever we hear the good melody tune we need to hear it is a natural willing, as well as post regarding to islam, How Islam prohibited a natural willing task.

  • What a whackjob, this producer. The village of his birth was not Lilapur, it is the third largest city in pakistan called Lyle-Pur, now called Faisalabad. These frekking westerners might as well think of the whole asian continent composed of villages. Idiots.

  • LOLZ its "Lyalpur" you ppl.

  • Anyone know which concert the first 2 minutes is from.

  • Anyone know which concert the first 2 minutes is from.

  • Quwalis is more than entertainment, I am not a muslim, but a fan of quwalis and especially Nusrath Ali Khan.Quwalis is so much connected to Soofism and spiritual in nature....it is spread all across from India to Morocco.

  • I enjoy the music, I dont understand the words..but I love music of all nature. Shamanism is another kind were people can sing and dance and go in to trance..quwaili is no deferent from that.

  • Muhammad (saw) and Ale Muhammad(saw) thats where his sucsess came from.....his love for the Prophet and his family was amazing!

  • He transcended religion, crede and colour a true man of the world. God bless him.

    pakistan stand up

  • great work man nice video

  • Good work man.Wonderfull documentary.

  • The street singers around 6:50 are awesome. I saw this on PBS, and I was hypnotized by the boy, 2nd left in the back, adjusting his drum head while playing, adjusting the position, and then busting out into this crazy-ass dirge. You can't see it as well on this video, but on DVD it's amazing.
