And theres actually no threat of any EMP's in todays battlefield unless a nuke is blow up wich would release an EMP blast. The only EMP wich doesint need a nuke explosion is too big to be carried aroun. Its roughly larger then a minivan and needs a lot of time to be set up.

The Archer can extract it's canon in only 30 sec, fire it's rounds and then re-extract the canon in 30 seconds and then be on it's way even before the shell hits it's target. Go Bofors

As for Rpg's same things, at least with the ones the terrorist are using which are very old, they can't pierce our armor anymore, atleast not on M1A1's, LAV's, or Stykers. So I uess it depends on how the armor of this is. but keep in mind, this isn't going to be in range of an RPG, it's artillery, so it could be miles off from the combat zone.
