It was so cold this year.

I did the A- Strecke and after 75 km my hands and feet were so blue I had to give up. When I came back in Bad Goisern I was complete hypothermic. Next year im back for sure but I definitely stay in bed when there is a bloody thunderstorm hanging over Bad Goisern.;)

Wanted to do this event for a long time, 2009 we made a 1600 mile round trip to take part but had to quit @ 2nd feed station (37km) we was bloody hypothermic! We did the B course and we saw some riders it trouble on the decent after the first climb. It was snowing at the top of the mountains, somthing we have not experienced in mid July. Try again next year 2010 but will definately pack the winter gear! Good fun, while it lasted.

Hah, I enjoyed the C-Strecke, this was really fun :)

I started at the B-Strecke and afther 30km I Was blue in an ambulance :D

Next year better luck.

yea, global warming's fault, snow in July. Rok Kolar (an avid biker from Slovenia) also recounted B-Strecke as more like winter-type riding.

We'll see how it will be next year's Trophy...

I did the B-Strecke, but after only 8km. I gave the timing-chip to the marshall and I preferred ride as a tourist...down to the ewige wand and then directly into the hot shower of Bad Goisern! :-)
