  • What a bad film.

  • Are you wearing mascara?

    No..........yes.

Please! Somebody bring back the mid-90s!

  • Freedy Johnston's "Bad Reputation"

  • What's that song that begins at 1:07.

  • Noah Baumbach is a genius screenwriter, I'm studying filmmaking and his movies are brilliant.

  • This reminds me of Singles.

  • GO AWAY, COOKIE MAN.

  • Not a fan of the trailer, but damn is it a good movie. Vastly underrated, unfortunately.

  • it was tripe

  • If this was the only film Baumbach ever made I'd still consider him genius...pretty much perfect screenwriting and filming. Of course the actors helped along as well.

  • Noah Baumbach's best film. One of my favorite movies of all time.

  • An intelligent and witty film. Noah Baumbach is a genius.

  • trailer does not justice to what this movie captures

  • Thanx 4 d info!

  • Anyone know the name of the song they play during the end credits? Been trying to find out the name of the song for years!?!

  • the song's called 'bad reputation' by freedy johnson

  • Pulp Fiction had the best dialogue of the 90's

  • You're comparing apples to oranges my friend.

  • "I begged you to stay on Prozac."

  • This movie was really not the best movie... I didn't care for the dialog or the characters. I really do love Baumbach's films, though!

  • greatest movie ever made.

and don't even get me started on the squed and the wale!

  • great movie

  • This is the greatest of that sub-genre of 90s, Gen-X, talky flicks. And probably just about the most quotable film ever made.

If you spent any time at university/college in the 1990s, particularly studying the humanities, this will probably become one of your favourite films. It's just spot on.

Also, no other film, with the possible exeption of The Graduate, has so perfectly captured that whole post-college blues feel.

  • Oh, I've *been* to Prague. Well, not *been to Prague* been to Prague.

  • Awesome film!

  • See this movie now.
