Not so much that they're "skipless", it's that all the tracks seem to be set to the same tempo, as well as aligned together so all their downbeats hit at the same point on the record.

So you put your sticker on it, and that'll be the downbeat for every track on the vinyl. That in itself is mindblowingly awesome! Once you've synced the record up, you can drop the needle anywhere!
