I first made all the steps, but am not sure that can change cars are not made for that, going to put a Mercedes c350 replace it with the admiral, but the files and leave everything done for the premier, I did was replace the name of all that read "premier" and put admiral (even txd and dff files), once done, replace the handling lines, colors, and other modifications, and put it on the line of the admiral

Can someone explain to me why even when I do exactly what this vid says it has absolutely no effect on my game!?? I had no problems on my old PC with XP, but now that I'm on Vista Ive been having a stupid amount of problems including not being able to replace .TXDs and .DFFs. Well...I seem to be able to replace them but it doesn't effect my game anymore! I'd appreciate any ideas anyone has to make my GTA moddable!

Thanks for the help, but it turns out all I had to do was right click on IMG tool, select the compatability tab and tick the box, "Run as Administrator". Now it's workin fine n CJ's drivin Ford Mustangs and wearin Airmax trainers!!
