Yes we did all that but it was war a war we didn't want to get involve in. We were sending a message to the German people plus we were paying the Germans in kind, they bomb Poland , France , U.K, ect.. wars a nasty business that's why they should never be started. We did every single thing this film says the nazis did that was so bad (not that I am concluding that they were not bad)! Did we not indiscriminately destroy German cities? Did we not make sure the weather was just right when we did it? Did we not try to terrorize the German people (by bombing their cities),into surrender?Did we not ally with a BRUTAL dictator(Stalin) who committed war crimes on par with Germany? We forget the 100's of thousands of gang rapes of German women, innocent civilians

I'm 18 and I love learning about WW1 and WW2 and anything of the past, but it seems like other kids my age would not like to discuss anything to do with WW2. Every time I refer something to WW2, they look at me in puzzlement. I have yet to meet another teen that has any knowledge of WW2. The most popular audiences of these history videos are 34-64 yr olds, so are today's younger generation much less aware of history or perhaps they prefer to focus on other things such as facebook and partying?

I am a Japanese. An important point to be made. By the time WW2 had started, the Britsh empire and other Western nations had colonised almost all the parts of the world, and had being expoliting people for hundreds of years there. They used their miltary power to rule the colonies. Not only Japanese empire or Germany. They could not avoid wars because they were doing the same with their enemies.

The americans enter the war in Europe 1942 Joining british forces in north africa! After the russians were driving the germans out of mother russia 1942 and british had defeated the nazi/italian forces in egypt 1941 The germans were losing before the americans had gotten off there ships AMERICA DEFEATED JAPAN!
