Go to custome care calling 3988333? Those guys treat you like a dog, they will shout at you in turn! ok, if the complaint is attended by a technician after a week then the real problem starts.
f***king water purifier.... who is the inverter of this useless things.. its being only 1 weeks and it stopped working.... u suck man... seriously.

The technicians wouldn't have what he needs to fix the issue. In my case they didn't have an adapter in their office to replace my old defective one!
