The motorcyclist could PLAINLY see a slow moving vehicle making a lane change...there is no telling what is happening, he should have slowed dramatically and moved left. The car likely made an illegal lane change by moving 2 lanes in such a short distance, unless the car stalled or the driver was sick. No party on the road has a "right to do what I please, and everyone needs to stay out of my way.". Driving takes predictability and cooperation.

The man in the white car is going too slow if the bike was coming with more that 80 miles he could not brake it at time....So the car driver should always check the side mirrors before making a move like that....

Insane driver! But still the motorbike should have steered to the left in stead of hitting the breaks.

I've seen guys driving off a race track, because they simply followed a crashing driver in front of them.
