Just hold it till it highlights and drag it to were you want back to one of the 3 main menus or to a diff spot on the dock bar... i have it covered in another video as well so you can see it being done...

i would like to help but that is one thing i have not done best to check out precentral web site for more info on this i know they have a classic app that could work with old centro apps
Ya most likely and also if your pack came poofed out in the middle you must have a pack that sat a very long time or was frozen you should have paid around 12 13 bucks for a good battery on ebay there are a lot of losers there that will sell you a used battery as new some times its hard to tell
I guess I was wrong in my post on the other vid. The precentral forum tends to have a high signal to noise ratio. Somebody had claimed to ask palm about the battery and said it was different.
I might pick up a couple on ebay with the wall charger but I charge the Pre at work via USB and haven't had it run out on me yet because I keep it topped off when I am not using it.
Hey Getit20, I got my centro battery and put it into the pre and plugged it up and there is a big ? on the screen and that is it. It does not seem to charge. Any thought or ideas? Please help. My battery looks just like yours and is 1150 Mah and 3.7 volts.
Yes its normal in a battery that has been sitting a while its just ran so far down that the phone will not power on or do anything untell the batter has at least 2 or 3 % charge my OEM palm batter did the same for about 10 or 15 min once when i ran it down all the way and was not charged for 3 days because i was on a road trip and had my other 2 centro battery's with me so i did not charge it till i got back your ok just plug it in for a while and it will come one and be ok...
Your welcome i notice that its the people who just read that some place and don't even own a Pre that were making the remarks about the battery not working...

Make sure you buy from a good seller on ebay Methos0123 got a bad one from ebay and it was also poofed out some what thats not good either...

PS if it does not come out if it you have a bad battery if it sits dead like that long enough it will not work any more...
