i think it really depends on what kind of style your playing too, you can kind of respawn camp from the sky and pick up alot of multikills with the AC 130 when playing domination because its team based but itd be far less effective in a free for all mode like you talked about trying out. Pavelow is always effective but the bad thing is the restriction on 2 helicopters at one time which would make the 130 a little more practical since you said you tend to get spooked as your killstreak gets high

if theres one thing i hate its people who share tactics because its the noobs who pick up on them and use that same tactic over and over and over. I shall give you my anti noob tactic (a noob tube isnt required but makes it easier) on subbase if u spawn at the A flag at the start run into the building that has the upstairs bit that overlooks B and noob tube it (the enemy are always waiting there with noob tubes aiming down the tunnel) however its likely theyll be an enemy on the roof opposite
