I'm not an anti-realist (one who thinks reality is relative/subjective etc) I'm more of a realist (The reality is subjective, independent of the human mind etc.) I can agree with him however if he means the humans interpetation of the world, because that is a subjective relation between the objective world outside the human and the subjective human mins wich differs from human to human.

It has a basis in quantum physics, yes, and that is part of it, but the gist of reality engineering (my interpretation, anyway) is that we can't 100% know what's going on in places where we aren't there, nor can we assure anything is actual because we have our sensory input, etc and one thing or many could be lying.

And the government and the television tell us what is happening and what is real, and they are probably lying.
