This film was a lop-sided mess! It gives us a cutesy baby Toto and this. Note I did not say Gamera. This is no Gamera film. I have seen it. Gamera does not sound like Spot from the Munsters. Universal should sue them for stealing the plot from E.T. and selling it as this mess!

@Phantanos My daughter and all of her little friends who saw this movie loved it. So I suppose that since it's supposed to be a kid's show, it has hit it's target. But I agree with you in that Toto is a giant turtle that fights Zedus in a stand-alone film. And when he roared instead of doing Gamera's bubbly screech, I knew that he was not a real Gamera.The real Gamera is in all of the earlier films.

I think they just wanted to make the Gamera - Movies more scarier, because they knew, that Godzilla is a too big foe of Gamera and Godzilla is too famous and the films are much better. It´s because more "blood" makes a film more interesting for the audience. Godzilla - Movies don´t need this sort of "action".
