  • wow man, nice finds. my oldest and best find is a 1920's standing liberty quarter...your so lucky to live in an older part of the u.s.! gl and hh!

  • I got hooked on metal detecting because my house was made in 1750! not kidding

  • radio shack shit came through!

  • Cool finds! That large cent is in great shape.

  • Great finds for just starting. I wish I could find a 3 cent nickle, thats a cool find.

  • Cool I have a collection of coins and i metal detect i havent found any good coins i metal detect at parks.

  • Nice find

  • if u find a quarter that is less then 1946 and when u drop it it makes a ting sound then its pure silver

  • you probably wouldn't want to drop any coins you find, they may get damaged and ruin the value.

  • You mean 1964

  • if you ever find a 1943 penny ill give ya 100 dollars 4 it

  • I'll give you a pile of steel 1943 pennies for 100. It's only the copper 1943s that are worth anything significant at all.

  • great finds I don't know what that guy was talking about when he said that they aren't metal, but still a great video

  • i think its nice that someone puts is finds on here.and for the person that says are you retarted ,why did you watch it then.nobhead

  • are you retarded??

  • It's all about the history and wondering who lost the stuff...I find it fascinating. Soon, I will be getting a new detector, a good one, as my Radio Shack one doesn't work anymore. Thanks

  • It'a a ghost talking.

  • 1865 thats way too cool i love finding old stuff i dont care if its valuable or not

thats awesome you found a 3 cent nickel!

good luck on your future finds!

  • Nice finds...

  • What did you use to clean that large penny? I have heard of using olive oil on coin metal(very gentle cleaner) may take days to weeks for the olive oil to break up the layers of dirt and corrosion. Just put object in cup with oil.

  • Hello:I just mainly washed it with hot soapy water and a stiff toothbrush. Then soaked it in some distilled water for a few days and it was good to go.Thanks for asking.

  • Hello:From what I have found there worth about 20 dollars depending on the condition they are in.

  • Hello from Leicester----England.Found several of your 1850-1870 1 cent coins lately.ANY IDEAS?

  • I wonder if the princess makeup kit belong to the elderly lady that use to live there? It would be so cool if that was her's when she was a young girl.

Depending on the farms location, you could run across some Civil War artifacts as well. Best of luck to you.
