ermm, i think you should deffinatley expand your collection because i have some and i wear theam all the time... and heres some advice,DONT USE THE SCRAPER THAT YOU GOT WITH YOUR STAMPER BECAUSE I SCRATCHES THE WHOLE IMAGE PLATE AND THEN I STARTS TO NOT WORK AS WELL !!! xxxxxxxxx

So cool that you got Konad!! Great plate choices. I have the 1st & 3rd one that you showed. I have a couple Konad videos that I posted a while back if you want some mani inspiration. I got into konad almost 2 years ago and still use it all the time. You will love it! Well I'm sure you already do! Amazon & eBay are great for expanding your plate collection. Have fun!!! :)

Awesome! Quick question: do you apply something on top of the stamp like a clear coat or top coat or do you just leave it as is?

yes u do have to apply a clear top coat there is a special top coat for konad just like the special polish its made because if you use any other top coat it will smear and ruin the design but here are three i found that works for konad stamping

Seche Vite(sally's or CVS) Out the door (sally's and CVS) In a hurry(Sally's)

and all of these are fast drying polishes

Go to sassesstampingstampede for a list of regular polishes that work with konad. I love the china glaze metallics from the romantic and khrome collections for stamping. I also wanted to recommend that you use the smaller green end when doing small images like that heart...it makes it much easier for placement. Just another thing for us stampers to stamp :)

btw, if u have old polish that u dont really use, i leave mine with the lid off for a lil so it gets a lil dry and gummy and use it for konad too :) i've had my plates for a long time and alsways adding...its addictive!
