rs is amazing i have an st and i went out with my mate last night in his rs it is unbelievable how it handles for front wheel drive, i am ordering an rs on monday..
We've got an R26.R here at our workshop, and I'll be amazed if a stock Focus RS can come close to the Renault with it's lightweight and race-bias... 8m17s for the full lap. Let's see what Ford can do... (maybe rip out the back seats, fit racing suspension and Toyo 888s and call it the Focus RS.R :) )
Maybe, maybe not. This car is nice and well made, but also at the end of what it can perform with frontwheeldrive.(not the engine, this could maybe deliver much more power)
Also the chassis seams to be very good, maybe also at the top end.
For stock cars at good roads the focus seams to be a better choice(if you can live with 3 doors(i cant)), but not if you want to tune the cars. And, poweroversteer is mor e important to me, than any tracktimes.
Yes very true the focus was very stable around those bends even with tyre howl. The other cars were wobbling and going sideways slightly here and there.
haha, look at the ford, thrashing the BMW's

I think the first two cars are both 3 series arent they?
silverandsonic 2 years ago
Nope, the first is a 3 series like I already said.
The second is a 1 series coupe, you can see it by it's specific taillights.

aah yes, I was mistaking it for an older version of the 3 series.

Nah, I wouldn't have thought so. Not on street tyres and with stock weight.

I thought it was funny when the other cars were trailing after the Rs. They were like going 'SOMNOFABTICH' XD
