If that's true, it should be a slam dunk in court. You'll be compensated handsomely for patent infringement, and live the rest of your life in Steve Jobs' house. I'm guessing, though, that since you decided to put up a youtube video instead of hiring a lawyer, that this is actually not the case.
@godsbassist , to help you guessing: to hire a lawyer cost money - 240$ per hour plus all expenses. May be it's not an issue for you but it is for me. I was robbed in 90-th in Ukraine with 5 - 6 hyperinflations of yuschenko's (300 % each of them!!!) after that I got depression and no money. So these "gentlemen" robbed a man with disability. May be you could help me to hire a lawyer? haha
In addition, I described in my work how to use the screen-boards as the fields for many independent programs, environments, which could be installed by the manufacturer or user - to give this product the unlimited range of possibilities.
this part was attached to the my site within the "Invention Home" - the american patent agents. haha ... How could anybody trust you after this?
If they really did take your idea, you should find a way to file a lawsuit.

I believe similar touch sensitive devices may predate your patent by 10 years or so... however I am not so sure in the "virtual keyboard" case.

@g0fvt , you believe??? haha ... it's not a religion. stricly facts:
My ideas about the screen-boards and the basic method how to make them
passed international patent search as Inventive and Innovative so it is my invention.
Nothing of the sort existed at the time.
and now the sellers of the "Apple" products: the scharlatans and Charlie Rose
could say whatever they want, - shame on them!
