  • if you want a bolt in basics set up , mazworx . c o m . as for aftermarket, were kinda in a spot where its very limited as to what there is available, lots of fab and r&d . but so worth it ...biggest issue i have with the Vh is no one makes a strengthened headgasket. let me know if you need any help. ill walk you through as best i can .

  • @twistymcslide Do the have a motor mount kit yet for the VH swap into the Z32, also what would you say are the limits of the VH whp wise? It is odd that the stock 300zx head gasket holds up (tuned properly no detonation) into the 600whp range. Ihave a spare Z32 that I want to do something different. Other than the obv maintenance what would you suggest to get to aid in the swap?

  • @DVcustomZ . i dont use any manufactured parts with my swap , and as far as i know , no one makes a direct swap kit for the vh to z32 swap . im in an s13 shassis , the best i can do for you is refer you to a friend on here , search : 500zx , he has the vh in a z32 , hed be your best source of info . as for power . i make on all oem components ( besides clutch , and fuel regulator ) 304 whp , and 314 lbft torque . ive heard of the vh makeing over 500whp @ 7 psi .

  • @DVcustomZ . the weak point of the swap is the HG , ive been refered to ferraday in the UK for multi layer steel and or copper gaskets. the vh is a stout engine n/a , but there is minimalaftermarket support obviously , so you really have to do it al right the first time . part of me hates to do it , but i see it as the safe direction for most others ,  i recoment the LS GM motors. that way youll never ever run out of options , and its phys a smaller block than the VH .feel free to ask anytime
