  • Well, we will transfer our many to the same sort of people that resides on the wealth in the states. EU is a dictatorship

  • Nobody except the eropean governments want EU its the biggest scam in the world.

EU is no better than the third reich. The only difference is EU havent killed millions of innocent people.

  • Question: is this democracy?

  • @vakseviggo1 No EU has never been a democracy

  • new world order !

  • ... and saveing in a crysis is economyc suicide! if they are not set free and get a currency back wich is equal to there level of produktivity they are doomed and we all in europe to because we pay it and thats not only going for greece cause portugal and italy will follow next

and sry for the bad english hope you understand it still

  • german people (note that i live there) never had any profit at all our salarys never went up but the prices of everything are going up because of the slow inflation. germany year after year before the euro had the lowest interests in europe but since the euro everyone else has those low interests they are benefited by it and you dondt get the point of bail outs if greece doesnt leave the euro we have to bail them out for the next 20 years cause they force them to save in to the crysis....

  • pfff pretty superficial video ... the esm is lead by our financial ministers so we actually have a say when we should pay. Besides bascially all of the critics are critics against the European Union and not specifically against the ESM. Especially Germany and most of the other EU countries profited throughtout the years by the euro very much, and it is nothing but a logical consequence to bail out failing states.

  • I still support the EU, but this does point out the lack of transparency the EU has.

But then again, the complaint is often that the EU is not decisive enough and is to slow. This treaty will give it the power to directly intervene when there is a crisis. This is the EU that I want. One that is not slowed by populism, mob mentality and nationalism.

But yes, this treaty does need some adjustment.

  • @maggottdude enjoy your poverty, your free to do what ever you want. I just advise you not to as I would advise a junky not to leave rehabclinic.

  • @chigeh

Ty man. Too bad, all the economologists, and even your own government admit you need us inside eurozone because you profit from us. I will happily see you unable to make exports to us and start going down, because this will mean we will again start making our own stuff as we did for centuries.

BB LIDL, BB Praktiker, BB Eurozone.

(Oh ye, and dont forget, we are still waiting for you to return our gold, monuments, occupation loan, restoration money you owe us for 70 years now.)

  • @maggottdude you're severely deluded.

We will become slightly less rich, Greece will become an African style shithole.

Why the fuck would we owe you restoration money.

You guys are the ones in debts.

  • @chigeh

Why? You owe restoration money to most European countries since you destroyed. Plus the occupation loan we were forced to give you and you never paid back. According to your OWN estimation nowadays its around 160 bill Euros for the loan and 300 billions for all the burned villages, mass murders, stolen gold and monuements.

And no we are not in debt, as we have paid 500 bill Euros for this "debt". Our government is working for yours and both govs are working for the Banksters

  • @maggottdude what European countries did we destroy?

You must be confused. I'm Dutch bitch.

Also have you ever followed History?

Germany had to pay severely after WW1 causing revenge sentiments.

That's why we didn't force the reparations on them after WW2.

Stop making a fool out of yourself.

  • @chigeh

We? who is we? The Greeks still want their gold-money. Especially now that they see how Germans treat us nowadays after all the help they got back then. Now, coming here as if they are conquerors trying to use our resources once again, even though we have paid more than enough for our debts the past two decades.

Ofcourse its also our fault for having a traitorous government.

The hell with the eurozone... we will manage our own economy once again... after democracy is restored.

  • @maggottdude We as in the Allied forces.

  • @maggottdude You're really uneducated.

  • @chigeh

Really sunshine? How did you figure that out? Please, tell me. I really need a good laugh right now.

  • @maggottdude I figured it out by all the load of bullcrap you've been writing that made no sense.

  • @chigeh

Ok sunshine. Please point out a single lie I said.

  • @maggottdude I never said you lied.

When I said bullcrap that makes no sense

I was implying that your stories were ignorant, speculative and ramblings jibberish.

You can't lie if you don't know shit.

  • @chigeh

OK sweety, just TELL me for the love of god .. EXACTLY which story you are talking about?

Copy paste my words and explain why it is jibberish or whatever.

    Come on... don't be shy.

  • digg(DOT)com/jakeman77/submissions go there and vote for this video PLEASE!

  • If there is one person in the world I hate seeing as completely right in the end, it's Alex Jones.

  • ALL i want to say is WOW.

What moron wrote this, someone in a mental ward ?

Maybe someone with a defective mind.

  • fuck fuck fuck fuck! why should would stand for this ?

  • Finally, it fails to mention that under the treaty the esm may waive its right of immunity and it's usually the case that they will do this as otherwise it seriously takes away from the credibilty of the institution.

  • Also it fails to mention that it's standard practice that international organisations and diplomats have immunity from prosecution in carrying out their work. We tend to take for granted that the nations where such organisations are based in are run according to fairness and the rule of law, therefore such immunity is uncalled for. however this may not always be the case -look at Hungary today- and such immunity is to ensure that such organisations may carry out their work free from interference

  • this is video is very disingenuous.

it fails to mention that under the treaty, eu member states may bring the esm to the european court of justice where the esm acts outside its mandate under the treaty.

if people bothered to actually read the treaty and not rely on an anonymous youtube video with questionable motives then they'd know this.

  • so we're fucked

  • Haven't EU made it illegal to protest?

  • @Smokhypetersen EU can't stop an individual from one country to protest. Yet...

  • Perhaps were about to see the true destructive power of GOVERNMENT.

  • Here's an idea..let's just wipe the slate clean...

  • @Draconis888 explain please?

  • glass parking lot brussels

  • That woman has AMERICAN ACCENT.. how convenient...

  • Write, email or call your government representative is USELESS... Start to learn how to shoot and prepare yourself for the European war of independence!

  • @smilingbeast europeans are way too complacant

  • @smilingbeast Agreed. Wish the USA could help out by nuking Europe (not all of Europe, of course - just target the central bank and other key banking terrorist cells), and vice versa (the USA ought to be similarly nuked at target locations).

  • I have to say an all out war is on the cards in europe, and soon i bet.

  • 700 bilion thats the exact number used in the beginning of the obama deception than the congressman goes the number is not based on anything we just wanted a really big number

  • @whhyyyyyyyyyy 7 heavenly bodies. You just can't stop humanities fascination with the solar system.

  • Cameron will get kicked out by the Tories if he doesnt get the UK out of this sinister organisation!

  • This is scary, really scary. It's like the conspiracy theories about globalist banksters pushing their NWO agenda with a one world government as their endgame I've been watching coming true, right before my eyes.

  • Yes i want it... and now?

  • I am hesitant to believe immediately that the treaty will function exactly as this video illustrates that it will, but this definitely raises alarming questions and demands more research of the topic. No matter what the treaty will really do, however, ANYTHING that demands complete immunity from all forms of checks and balances must not be passed. Unfortunately, though, it looks like this thing is clearing so far.

  • Please god land a Jumbo Jet on the European parliament whilst they are in session

  • JEWS.

  • Much simpler vote BNP!! STOP the the europhile fascists from taking over Europe!

  • If I were german i would be Very Worried! It is bad enough being in the EU - from whch the UK must exit soon.

If the German people are as against this EU monstrosity they need to tell their leaders in no uncertain way. Merkel is not Germany's friend anymore than she is Britains. Self serving politicians and unelected bureaucrats are ruining decent democratic nations even faster than the bankers.

  • @barrymx5

The " politicians " and bureaucrats are themselves puppet stooges of the bankers , ultimately the House of Rothschild are the real force behind all this

  • @barrymx5 The Fact is, that you are NOT german, ok ??

So for me i can say, that the chancellor make an excellent Job, and i am like the EU, the Eurozone and the ESM System and at last but not least the fiscal union system.

  • @barrymx5 second part:

This all is good for germany for the germans and our jobs here and it makes me proud that germany is a central european power country again and we are richer as all times before, the euro brings us money, jobs and a good economy, so i like the european union, the european law, the european system, the culture and in future the federal european state system and perhaps the the united states of europe

    only togetther we are strong

  • @mgrasek100

Sounds a lot like Hitler. "We must unite Europe, cause thats the only way we are strong."

Listen nazi-globalist prick. Unity of man kind and of nations means to learn to accept and respect other people despite our differences, NOT to conquer them (by military or economy) and pretend you united them. Thats the pure meaning of fascism-nazism-globalism.

We call upon to all Germans to stop their government from making a World (economic) War for the THIRD time in your history

  • @maggottdude

I agree with your comments, but they apply even more strongly to the US, the most aggressive, imperialistic, out-of control, military-obsessed country on earth!

  • @mgrasek100

    Ofcourse fascists like fascism.

Adolf would be so proud of you for completing his dream.

I wonder.. do they teach you in schools about all the gold, money you stole and never returned? About all the restorations you were supposed to do and never did?

Do they tell you that not 1 single Euro from the loan you gave to Greece has reached the Greek people? It all goes directly to pay pre-historic usurious loans for which we have paid 500 billions the last 2 decades only.

  • Nice. Democracy in practice, I see. Can't we just send them all to hell?

  • ZSRR v. 2.0

  • It's sort of our FED?

  • @AynRebel

No, the ECB (European Central Bank) is your Fed. This is even worse.

  • its a shame that our fed govt is involved with this we left england to get away from tyrany now because americans refuse to get involved with our govt we are headed in the same direction spearheaded by the rockefeller family and gilderberg group and big oil and crooked polititions this direction can be changed if we start fireing polititions with no benefits

  • ESM sound like concentration camp guards , absolutely Godlike in their power within the area of their control.

  • And you wonder why the Americans knew to keep and bear arms against tyranny from inside and outside. Americans knew to have laws to protect their rights to keep and bear arms. All bloated leagues of force have only self-interest and acquiring power for themselves as their reasons for existence.

  • Hello! does this sound familiar to anyone? This is the way the federal reserve act was written....And we KNOW who's behind that. ROTHCHILD

  • 9 people here are EURO-fascists - people who want to undermine our democracies to pave the way for the holy EU-Big-Brother state and its endles political correctness and halo polishing, where they will tell us what to think, what to say and what and whom we can NOT draw, write, sing, make films or joke about ;-)

  • It's not our right to protest - it's our DUTY.

Remember, people DIED for our democracy in the past.

  • Of course they want to do something against the law (which notabene they themselves created), becouse otherwise why they would give themselves those rights? EU is just one big biurocratic formation which already for a long time has nothing to do with international trade and free boundaries, but rather with absolute and totalitarian control over it's citizens and the right to take from them as much money as they please. So basically they think of us as their slaves...

  • And the rest of it: The so called 'crisis' is nothing but the robbing and looting of our modern civilization by the rich and change it in a new feudal system of super rich bankers and company owners.

The former religious dream of a world order under god got a secular shape now. Temporarily secular of course, because religion is on its way back to take control of unedicated masses.

  • Comment removed

  • EU is not just about eliminating the power of individual states, but about eliminating the power of the people and undermining the emancipation struggle of the masses. It's about reinstating a new capitalist elite, and exploiting the working people in a make belief democracy.

The so called 'crisis' is nothing but the robbing and looting of our modern civilization by the rich and change it in a new feudal system of super rich bankers and company owners.

  • Can someone make subtitles in other languages? It will be easier to share this video with friends. At the moment I understood this partly only.

  • Woo Hoo! SERFDOM bring it on!

  • The European Stability Mechanism: a supranational EU body which destroys the democratic sovereignty of all 17 Euro-zone members, can empty State coffers at will anytime, enjoys total immunity from legal redress or prosecution for any of its acts (making it Above the Law) and so can take any action of its own (legal or not) with impunity, and can (by the wording) confer similar powers upon other bodies to 'stabilize' the Euro-zone (in vague language so that it applies to dissent of any kind).

  • David Cameron and the Tories suck the cock of the EU,and swallow as well!

    Cast iron guarantee,my arse!!

  • Remember in 1999-2000, the encyclopeadia britanica's year book clearly shows this banking rip-off was clear, when, various eu countries were already planning the the 2008 scenerio of bailout. very interesting.

  • they will push until they are pushed back! there is unfortunately no possible way to peacefully stop a murderer, or a rapist, reasoning with him will never get him to stop

  • Meanwhile in Europe...

  • If anything can lead to war in Europe...this is it. We have to get out!

  • Lets leave this totally undemocratic union before it bankrupts us all.

  • @puterzhome Although i totally agree with you, the uk is governed by america what they do uk follows and because america is now a fascist state, the uk is no where a good place to be

  • Ne v mojem imenu! / Not in my name!

  • Welcome to Brazil 1990.

Your money no loger belongs to you.

  • Sounds a lot like the status of the Bank for International Settlements. It is unacceptable and intolerable that any entity can effectively put itself and its officers beyond accountability.

  • If only I had watched X-Factor I would know NOTHING of this madness!

  • thats insane. any population idiotic enough to allow that to be put into effect deserves what happens to them. thats downright demonic.

  • Immune huh? Who's gonna protect you when the crowds outside? Not the government seeing as you're fucking them as much as the crowd..

  • This is the reason Blair, Brown and Cameron will not leave the EU. They are governed by evil EU forces.

  • If you ever wondered why Norway or Switzerland would have nothing to do with the EU, look no further (protip, their bookkeepers are not idiots like the rest of ours and the americans). Germany and other financially 'responsible' nations were already silenced by the bankers tentacles so they were already zombies upon conception.

  • VOTE UKIP!!. It's that simple.

  • i hope this treaty goes though, then the people will be fucking furious and fucking kill the elected government of their home country if they don't get out.

  • This is what was planned all along. EU law is written along the lines of the demolition of nation states.

  • @The1JJB They call it supranational for a reason...

  • @The1JJB Do you mean that the debt crisis was planned?

  • @SweatyGrip 100% orchestrated!! do a google search for- washington post eliot spitzer predatory lending.

they print money out of thin air and they've got us jumping through hoops for it,, all whilst we bail them out!! its freaking crazy!!! check out the film on here- the esoteric agenda. apologies if its a bit deep but its well worth a watch!!

  • @SweatyGrip

Of course, it is one of the prerequisites to changing a country into communism. BREAK THE FINANCIAL BACK OF THE COUNTRY.

  • We are all watching with intense interest where the EU is heading.

  • "You don’t ever want a crisis to go to waste; it’s an opportunity to do important things that you would otherwise avoid". -- Rahm Emanuel : Barrack Obama's former chief of staff.

This is the same mentality. The elites and the political class use any crisis to advance their power. Even if they have to create or invent the crisis in the first place. Don't fall for it Europe. If you let this happen. it will end badly.

  • wtf!? Say no Europe.

  • I do not believe that such a treaty would be legal itself under the Human Rights Act.

No-one, government or otherwise, can sell one's liberty (economic or social).

This can never stand up in the most basic of courts.

  • @TheTrollTime

    Nope

  • This is a case of financial coup d'état. Basically a return to a kind of feodalism but without the obligations of the lords to their peasants. The future of europe is post-democratic and filled with lying mass media propaganda.

  • "It's your right to protest?" - here's a western answer to that, apparently, "Get a Job!"

ESM. Brilliant takeover of most of Europe without taking a single shot! Wars are too messy anyway, they might ruin some assets.

  • Question, why do you keep saying question you annoying yank bitch?

  • @MegaLolburger You know, when you say things like, "you annoying yank bitch", you end up sounding much less intelligent that the person continuously saying "question".

  • @ThePandaGun a person sounds unintelligent because they say, "question"?! Are you serious?

  • @allan3141 Can you read? I said that it makes you sound stupid when you call a random woman a "yank bitch". What's your problem.

  • @ThePandaGun I can read. Your previous comment implies she is unintelligent (that's the problem) because she continuously says, "question" but the person saying "yank bitch" is even less intelligent. So she is unintelligent but he more so is implied by you.

Of course it makes you sound unintelligent if you call someone a 'yank bitch' but she also gets caught in the crossfire of your response.

  • @allan3141 But I never called anybody a yank bitch, not did I insult her for saying "question". That was a comment made by "MegaLolburger". My reply only called him stupid for saying those things.

  • Comment removed

  • @allan3141 In real life, as opposed to the happy clappy rainbow fantasy world that you see fit to fly through on your winged unicorn of delusion, stating that some one is annoying for continuously repeating the word 'question', is not implying they are stupid. Colloquial language is a widespread and perfectly natural thing, and in no way deduces levels of IQ.

if you have a problem with that, go fuck yourself. Good day sir.

  • @MegaLolburger "and in no way deduces levels of IQ."

Yeah; like you would know about that!

  • @allan3141 Oh yes, of course, completely ignore the fact that you were utterly wrong in your assumption and understanding of the word 'annoying', and jump straight into attacking a statement I made that is provable with simple logic and rational thinking. You are calling a lot of people unintelligent with that statement my fatuous friend, a lot of people infinitely more intelligent than yourself. Like Christopher Hitchens or Professor Richard Dawkins. Leave it buddy. You are in the wrong here.

  • Comment removed

  • @ThePandaGun I cogitate that it is permissible to deduce that this female is merely deciphering a pre-fathomed script because of her palliative and trustworthy voice - not that she in fact, wrote the script herself. Thus you cannot determine who is more intelligent. You blatantly think colloquial language somehow correlates to lower levels of IQ.

    Was that acceptable, Dr. Freud?

Simple terms suffice friend, don't insult my intelligence by basically stating that swearing makes me stupid.

  • @MegaLolburger you think calling someone a "bitch" is appropriate and merely colloquial! Ummm, go figure.

Perhaps it's your upbringing we should be questioning as well as your intellect.

  • @allan3141 If I find it is annoying im in every right to express my annoyance, as is every other person on this God forsaken rock. I could have called her far worse buddy, stop lingering on such trivial things.

'Colloquial' actually means slang and swearing my unintelligent friend, go ponder on that one for a while.

Perhaps it is your over sensitive self we should be questioning. Stop playing with the fairies and say hello to planet Earth you utter, utter moron.

  • @MegaLolburger "annoying" "my annoyance"

There you go again! You called her a 'yank bitch' straight of the bat! Then later complain of attacking!

"I could have called her far worse"

I bet you could. Does it make you proud?

"stop lingering on such trivial things" and "Perhaps it is your over sensitive self"

LMAO you wrote to me in the first instance and just now!

"'Colloquial actually means slang and swearing"

Right sure is does! Lol. So that explains it.

    At least you are funny.

  • @allan3141 No I complain of primitive dip sticks like you jumping to the wrong conclusions, as I have already stated. Do you still think annoying means unintelligent?

    Yes it does.

    What?

Im sorry im not following you... Colloquial language refers to informal lexis. i.e slang or swear words.

I'm slightly bemused that a little urchin like you mustered up enough erudition to be able to function on a data-box without completely wanking yourself off into oblivion

  • @MegaLolburger All I said was that it's immature and stupid to insult somebody based on their accent when speaking the English language. What I find hilarious is that you broke out the thesaurus to type out that long, obnoxious comment. Also keep this in mind: we both look retarded right now because we're in a flame war. I'd stick around, but I've got shit to do.

  • @ThePandaGun based on accent? I never said it was anything to do with that.

You idiots are igniting this by jumping to unjustifable and downright moronic conclusions. You said Im insulting her based on accent, which evidently im not - it's purely descriptive (she is a yank, is she not?) and the other idiot thought 'annoying' = unintelligent. How many more of you people have to come along before you get the point?

And FYI, my vocabulary is not that limited. Again, jumping to conclusions.

  • @allan3141 Your original response (which you directed at the wrong person)

'a person sounds unintelligent because they say, "question"?! Are you serious?'

  • @MegaLolburger "directed at the wrong person" !!!

No; it was directed and arrived where I intended! What on Earth are you on about now? Is it finally sinking in?

  • @allan3141 The other guy never said anything about someone sounding unintelligent because they said question.

Inb4 'derp he said you were less intelligent than the person saying question' response.

Is English your first language? Your ability to misunderstand senetences that are written in standard English is outstanding.

  • @MegaLolburger "Is English your first language? Your ability to misunderstand senetences [sic] that are written in standard English is outstanding"

Dude you cannot even work out who is being written to! And yes it is and I teach it. I said to him, not you, just in case this fact is still causing you trouble, his comment implied a lack of intelligence on her part. No doubt this was not his intention and was inadvertent as he was having a go at you. Do try to keep up. But I am here to help.

  • @allan3141 If it was not his intention and you knew this then why did you present your case in such a moronic way? Can't you see my confusion here? He did not even imply that she was less intelligent, he simply stated that insulting her in the way I did made me less intelligent than her. You don't have to be a linguist to figure this out, You aren't analysing the works of Shakespeare for goodness sake, stop looking so deeply into what he said. Try again.

  • @26libertarian

    Most likely China

  • Would this be the EU version of the US's FED Reserve?

  • @drshlotzkin

No! This is more like the "FED" of the Soviet Union...without any democratic legitimation

  • How about you read the treaty itself, just google esm treaty and click on the link for the consilium dot europa dot eu slash media slash 12116793 slash ems treaty en dot pdf ?????

  • @xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxy1 Your narrative also works for the United States.

  • Debt Union:

    /watch?v=tr7ut61e02A

  • We must get the UK out of the EU now.

  • The solution is simple: The ESM pretends that its members owe them money and the members pay the ESM in currencies that pretend to have value.

  • Ermächtigungsgesetz -- this sort of power has been granted before -- in 1933 -- Reichstag burning, rather than sinking, might have been more to the point

  • Bad banking practices can thrive only if GOVERNMENTS and POLITICIANS write and enact the laws that make it so. Senator Chuck Schumer helped kill the Glass-Steagall Act and he was overwhelmingly re-elected to the U.S. Senate. We deserve the government we keep re-electing.

  • So why does the narrator have an American accent?

  • @andharvey8 Because the video was prepared by the Federal Reserve.

  • I'd like to see a video disputing these claims, not much use having a one sided argument.

Also all the countries are still sovereign and can give the finger to the lot and leave if they do not want to pay the ESM, so it'd not as cataclysmic as it makes out.

  • seems like we will get NWO after all, time to resist.

  • Brussels is like your local bank/corporation on Crack

  • UK get OUT OF EUROPE NOW !!!

  • I have 3 words for the ESM..

    "Banality of evil"

  • where can i check those facts?

  • Please read Article IX: [Status, Immunities, and Privileges] of the IMF - it looks very similar.

  • Not even the Soviet leaders of the past was as arrogant as these eurocrats. This is simply a dictatorship and the theft of the money of ordinary taxpayers in EU.

  • I think that the the ESM applies only to Euro zone countries. In the video all EU countries are blue but countries like Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania are not really part of the ESM.

  • This video is accurate. I have gotten a copy of the proposed treaty from the Council of the European Union and matched all the points. I think the argument against Article 27 may be a bit stretched as immunity only applies to the seizure of property (including papers, which is problematic) and not to the Board of the ESF itself.

  • Well, if all goes to hell there's still the Law of the Jungle and nobody is immune to that.
