I am hesitant to believe immediately that the treaty will function exactly as this video illustrates that it will, but this definitely raises alarming questions and demands more research of the topic. No matter what the treaty will really do, however, ANYTHING that demands complete immunity from all forms of checks and balances must not be passed. Unfortunately, though, it looks like this thing is clearing so far.

I think that the the ESM applies only to Euro zone countries. In the video all EU countries are blue but countries like Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania are not really part of the ESM.

This video is accurate. I have gotten a copy of the proposed treaty from the Council of the European Union and matched all the points. I think the argument against Article 27 may be a bit stretched as immunity only applies to the seizure of property (including papers, which is problematic) and not to the Board of the ESF itself.
