@MichaelRogge Si, es que Alora es muy conocida en todo el mundo y mucho mas lo es El chorro por que todos los años van muchos escaladores Alemanes, holandeses, Ingleses, Americanos, Canadienses, .......... Es decir El chorro es internacional es un sitio muy adecuado para la escalada ya que en invierno rara vez baja de los 10º, un saludo amigo mío.

Mr. Rogge, do you know who financed this film and what was its main purpose? I am the son of the teacher in the film. It is great to see how my father was when I was three and my sister at the age of eight! Thanks!

@leonideso It was an educational film of Encyclopedia Brittanica Films and shown/rented all over the world (except Spain I suppose)

I reckon this was filmed when they made parts of Von Ryans Express in El choro which came out in 1965 A friend who’s lived here for years tells me that there use to be a photo of Frank Sinatra standing outside the Bar on Alora Estation in the Bar.
