  • Doctors are idiots. Most of them are clueless. If you get one with a brain you are lucky.

  • At first i thought he was possessed by a demon because everytime it would show him screaming or with his eyes facing upwards it would always make those scenes very scary !

  • does anyone else think hes adorable??

  • @TheTutugirl1 yes, so cute

  • This is why you don't fuck your cousins.

  • Autism she says was so unfair but epilepsy she could deal with that what a bitch.

  • @shaylacogswell19 if you read the comments on the 1st part of this video you can see the dads response. he said the producers took clips of things they said to make it seem like she was so upset over autism but she wasnt really saying those things about the possibility of it being autism ._.

  • @shaylacogswell19

Autism completely removes your child, they don't connect with you, they never even really learn to love you. This child that you pour your heart and sould into, and love with everything you have, won't ever even look at you. Autism is a parent's worst nightmare, because there is nothing you can do about it. Epilepsy on the other hand is treatable - with medication and oftentimes even with surgery when it is severe. At least your child still talks and loves.

  • @WiccaNightEmber thats not true, i work with plenty of children with autism and they have the same emotions and feelings, they just can't express it like a "normal" person. I had one student who would go home from his riding lessons and always ask about me, his instructor, or his horse. Autism isn't just one child or one characteristic, it varies in degrees, but you cannot say they dont love you, that is incorrect and cruel.

  • @squirealan

When a child has severe autism (the kind when they're , in effect, in a bubble) they honestly don't connect - I'm not talking about the milder forms of the disorder, I'm talking about full blown autism. I know what I'm talking about from personal experience, so please don't tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about, my brother is so severely autistic that he was institutionalised during his teens.

  • OMG! Detroit!! <3

  • My mom works with DD (Development delay) kids and he looks like one unfortunately :(

  • @iAlexiisx3

thats a really good job that not many people i know do that.

  • @peterfranken23 never mind.....

  • omg....

  • this made me never wanted to have a baby

  • @servingthealiens

Go be a jerk somewhere else. These parents are sad and upset their baby is so sick like this. So go be a fucking troll some where else

  • the point is: google saves the day again...it's time for ppl to do research themselves, doctors are utterly useless at times

  • @mskittykat1101 Don't discount people who go to medical school and study anatomy, cellular biology and body functions. They are *trained* in interactions, trained for health practices. Yes, sometimes they don't look everywhere, but the point is, anyone can Google and not anyone can be medically-trained

  • @Peiazjaeh *Didn't see the "at times". Sorry :)

  • @Peiazjaeh hahaha, well, i was just generalizing...when I got psoriasis, it took doctors nearly a year to diagnose and help me build a treatment plan. Seriously, I had already built the whole plan with a week's worth of google research. I think general practitioners are especially useless, middlemen between you and the expert. But seriously, if people get sick, they should try to research, b/c knowledge never hurts. Doctors can be horribly wrong sometimes too.

  • @mskittykat1101 yes research is good and knowing about what you have is good and the options you might have, but googling about a diagnosis on symptoms is just plain stupid and wrong. google a recipe not a diagnosis. go to a real doctor get a real checkup. but yes there are rare case's such as this where doctors cant figure out whats wrong, its not their fault just something they have never seen,

  • @FilmandTVMaker look googling is not ideal, but there are plenty of sites like pubmed, webmd, that can help you narrow down what you might have. Doctors don't have answers all the time, but as a society we expect them to know it all. When wrong diagnoses are being made, at least you can pipe up and suggest alternatives. I have see documentaries where people have been wrongfully diagnosed and have had limbs amputated for no apparent reason other than doctors' lack of knowledge.

  • @FilmandTVMaker You definitely won't say "it's not their fault just something they have never seen" if it's you or your loved ones that pay the price with unneeded invasive surgery or treatment delays. Awareness if power, I have had docs try to give me potentially dangerous drugs that suppress my immune system. They had them out to anyone who wants them, but the complications are great, can lead to aggressive cancers, and I wouldn't know that or the stats of cancer incidence without the net.

  • @mskittykat1101 yes and i have also seen people diagnose themselves with cancer when its the cold due to Google so, its a balance, but 99% of people are to stupid to research properly when it comes to medical advice. when it comes to a major illness get a second opinion for sure but 99% of the time a doctor is correct. but maybe thats the difference in my health care, im not from america im from Canada where we have free health care i find the treatment very good here.

  • @FilmandTVMaker point taken. I'm Canadian too, and I've got mild psoriasis, it took nearly a whole year to properly diagnose me and get treatment started. I went to dozens of dermatologists and by the third visit I had a better idea of what was going on with me than the specialists. Seriously. But I agree you need some kind of background to do proper research, I'm a mol. bio. major, so maybe I understand things on a scientific level better than the avg person.

  • @mskittykat1101 its all about the person you see, like i said some doctors dont get every medical diagnosis right the first time, cause 99% of things we get have common symptoms, it just taks the right guy to discern between them (like House lol) get 2nd opinions maybe 3rds ro more if you dont feel its working. Even the way of treatment for certain ailments require different actions for each individual. and require a little playing by the doctor to see.

  • Watching these shows always make me so thankful for what I have. :)

    God bless everyone.

And thank the lord for what I have. :) <3

  • I would have guessed epilepsy before autism.

  • @MistressPounce I have both...

  • @MrSpeedMachine14 the back arching, fist clenching might be signs of him getting frustrated and trying to lower his eyes. The vomiting might be from getting dizzy from looking around

  • Rule of Thumb: If GP's keep screwing up..... find your answer yourself on the internet.... just goes to show that with rare conditions... GP's are of no freaking use!

  • @Beevan29 Very true. People often give doctors WAY too much credit.

  • Aww! I just love chubby babies! They are so adorable!

I feel so sorry for him and his parents. Hope they find out what's wrong. (No spoilers, please.)

  • Poor baby :( get better Hun

  • 7:43 racist kid..

  • @jshank21 LOL

  • Why is his vomit white? Is it because of the milk he's drinking?

  • @MrSuperbanjo

Most likely it is because of milk. Because thats pretty much all he's coughing up.

  • @MrSuperbanjo -.- vomit IS the food you have eaten so if you vomit obviously is going to be the color of w.e food you have eaten.

  • some of these stories sound more than medical, but more spiritual . am i the onli one that thinks so

  • @naenaebabii21 no you are not i think that too

  • ok i'm confused... If he was diagnosed with paroxysmal tonic upgaze, that explains the eyes, but what about the back arching, clenching and vomiting??

  • @MrSpeedMachine14 thats all because of the upgaze. he was trying so hard to look down that it was causing all this

  • @dragonGirl015 ah! I guess.. I hope he's better...

  • @MrSpeedMachine14 : maybe he was in pain? no idea.

  • He is such a beautiful baby,,, i hope he is ok now.

  • I'd be pretty well frustrated too if every doctor I went to told me that they had no idea what was going on with my child. Thankfully this doctor figured out what exactly was going on with poor Landyn.

  • internet = FTW

  • poor kid

  • It's a cute actor and I'm sure the kid is cute too but they haven't showed pics of him yet:(

  • I do wish they could tell us the story without the baby screaming his head off through the whole thing. I have no doubt that, that was the scenario in real life. I can well picture it without the sound effects! :D

  • @sizzled28 Yeah, it was hard to watch this episode because the constant crying bothered me.

  • @HououMinamino Yh. It was disturbing. We got the fact he cried!

  • He's so cute!!!!!!!!!!!! Why did he have do go through all that horribleness??? =(

    Landyn, I hope he's okay.

  • He's such a cute baby

  • Crying fits happened with our 3rd child after the HepA vaccine right after delivery. They lasted until she was 4yrs old
