there are two ways. I recorded this in FRAPS, a screen-capturing program.

you can also use the Source recorder by typing record demoname and then you can type stop in the console whenever you feel you've recorded enough. you can watch and playback Source demos through L4D.

um.. I don't game on a laptop so I don't really know much about any gaming laptops. just go for one with four gigs of RAM, a dual core processor, and a 512MB graphics card. that's close to my specs.

that's not really a tip and it's kind of dumb to say that. both weapons have their strong points, and I'm a lot better with the SMG than I am with the shotgun regardless.
