Thank you.I'm deaf. I grew up very oral...my hearing loss was gradual. full deaf by 18. I teach pilates and water aerobics to hearing people at a gym. One day the CD player broke and the class complained they couldnt do it without music. I said "you stupid hearing people...dependent on outside music. I got the music in me. (then i broke out into the song "i got the music in me". They laughed and laughed, and we haven't used "outside" music since. See, deaf smart!!
