  • Your doing great :) Im gettin there. I just started my level 4 got my ayesha, butterfly and extended butterfly down. the 2 last ones are level 3 but i didnt get em good till now. It was nice watching you.

  • So about a year ago I commented saying I didn't think I'd ever be able to do any of these moves, and I'd just like to say that now I can do all apart from handsprings (I can do twisted grip handspring though). Not on spinning pole yet though, but I'll get there! :D

  • @kuvitteellinen yay!! never say never!! congrats on all your hard work...!! ;)

  • I love your moves! they are so difficult, ....(I'm just a beginner) Your shoes.....amazing but leave the socks away.

  • great job. Im level 3 and startin half those moves cant wait to do em :) I love this stuff

  • wow you are amazing really good and i dont mean that in a pev way at all, this looks like a great demonstration of a very beautiful art and talent

  • This girl is a real professional dancer. Most clubs just hire any girl off the street and doesn't train them to talk to guys, dance, and hustle. It's sad that a girl wastes her time talking for hours like it's a social club for the guys and they get takien a vantage of. Another reason why scummy clubs like that hire girls who are noive in the business is so the guy can stay and buy more drinks. Most real dancers work and don't waste time and those are the ones that are successful.

  • youre amazing! could you please do a tutorial on the dove? any tutorial would be great actually. :)

  • I love your shoes!!!;)

  • Best from the best!!!

  • nice shoes lol

  • marry me? :)

  • Wow... this is incredible... something tells me I'll never get to this level D: how long had you been pole dancing before you started learning these kinds of moves?

  • Excellent moves. I love it... and the shoes are pretty funky too!!!!

  • great compilation of moves, helpful!

  • teddy bear was the hottest and how long it take 4 yu to master all those moves and did you fall alot i m strippers united

  • nice shoes... also I'm dying of jealousy on the moves... you bitch

  • Excellent video. I was looking for a few more advanced moves to add to my routines. You've given me lots of ideas.^^ I'd better get practicing! Keep it up.

  • super helpful for me! Would be easier if I could do the splits though! :)

  • You're exceptionaly talented!!!

  • your vids are soo helpfull, thanks

  • where the heck did u get ur heels they are sooo cute, love them

  • brill! thanks for naming the moves!

  • thanx i needed that

  • did you teach yourself all of this or did you take classes. I am trying to watch ans copy but I feel like I am never going to get the hang of it!

  • wow I have been dancing almost three years and i have a few pole moves that are complex, but You cover a lot of the ones i'd like to do right here in this video. THANK YOU! Are these names you made up? Or where do the names come from?

  • ur soooo good karol been pole dancing a few months now cant help but be frustrated cause im not where i want too be at ur vids are great.hope too god i can do that stuff some day!

  • your're very good i wish the club i work at had spinning poles

  • i have them same pair of shoes. does it hurt when you wear heels? most of your vids are in gym shoes

  • How do you get out of the brass monkey?!

  • hold on go into like a pencil kind of thing and change leg hooks ;)

  • thanks so much! i think I've done that once or twice. that sounds much safer than using an aysha style grip and handstanding off... there's a point where my hands lose grip and I risk doing a faceplant...heh heh. are there any combos it's good with or other ways people know of to get out of it?

  • you could do it on static.. u just wouldnt be able to hold the spin as long..

  • LOVING THE SHOES!! Great, controlled moves!

  • nice! these series of vids were awesome! and luved the shoes :)

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love your shoes, you are very talented.

  • great series, love the shoes!

  • WOW! i wish i had the strength to do that. i have spaghetti arms, haha

  • Sorry - what relevance does your comment have to this Pole Fitness vid? Im not being rude but it would appear I have missed something!!

  • I love your videos they are very inspirational! Some day I will be able to do all those moves as well!

  • they should make a sport outta these pole dance ...XD ...who knows , may get to see it include into the olympic games XDD

  • You should do this again! Like expert moves! lol including: The Holly Drop, The Superman Fall, The Spining Scorpio, The Twisted Grip Handspring, oh! and you should learn Badazz's Daredevil! lol And of course come up with more! lol love ur vids! :)

  • hey i was just wondering is it ok 4 a guy 2 pole dance?...cause i would like 2 try it xD

  • are gross but a "POLEDANCER" is just dancing vertically..you have to appreciate the work and dedication it takes to be a pole dancer..not a stripper but a pole dancer..and even if you are a stripper/exotic entertainer as long as your tasteful then eff the bull./..you go head wit ya bad self girl!!

  • yes ellzbellz....thank you!!! some ppl are so short minded to think such cruelty..but whtever..ppl like us pole dancers have always had a bad rep as far as the nastiness..LOL..yes some "STRIPPERS"

  • erm "ultrakool"...... maybe change ur name to ultrasmall minded!!!!!! not evrybody who pole dances is as digusting as u think. A huge amount of people just do it for fitness. This is gymnastics/acrobactics.... ur hating on the wrong kind of poledancers!!! When u can do anything as talented as this then ur have the right to disrepect them. People like u make me so gaddam angry!!!!!!!!!

  • well then, whats wrong with the forum of the privacy of my own home??

  • thanks ellz for voicing your opinion and coming to the defense of me and all pole dancers alike..!

  • Actually, yes. There's nothing wrong with what we do for a living. I don't drink or do drugs and I never do more than just dance for clients. Some girls do that, sadly. But I come home at the end of the day, dignity intact, because I stick to my morals. Not all dancers are as bad as you think...

  • no worries dear, ive deleted the comments and blocked the user.. i have no time to get into a pissing contest with some dumbass...

    heres to freedom..!

  • @sexxyredhead The sad truth is, their arent' any real dancers like before. Clubs are just hiring girls for big time house fee money and they don't train them to dance and talk to the guys. So eventually they don't actually make much at all and have to see clients on the side just to make ends meat. Most clubs are just fucked up bad. I just started dancing and if I didn't have sales under my belt and streets smarts, I would be worse off. Now a days you can even find out of shape girls too.

  • You obviously don't realize how much money is made in this business. If you did, you'd realize that any woman who does it is able to retire and lead a very luxurious life pretty much by age 35 if they wanted to. So while we're relaxing on a beach in the Dominican Republic at 45, you'll still be slaving away at your tedious 9-5 job. Don't hate on strong and powerful women.

  • Hey babe, love the vids, just wondering if you have any tips on how I can make my chrome 45mm X-Pole slightly grippier? Metho's good on brass but makes the chrome too slippy, My fingers are turning triangle shaped from sliding too much! Cheers, keep up the good work! x

  • i would definately not use methos on chrome. Try washing your hands good with soap and water and cleaning the pole really well with rubbing alcohol before you start.. I sent you a message about grip aids.

  • can i have your shoesss pleaseeeee =]

  • all the info is on my site.. check it out!

  • How would you suggest coming out of the brass monkey?

  • Grab the pole with the arm closest to the pole in a forearm type grip and the other hand below. the leg thats not hooked on the pole should come down first while unhooking the other and you should land on your feet.. good luck!

  • thanks..

  • wow u are amazing! did you have to go to pole dancing lessons or did u practice and train on your own?

  • im self taught... thanks for your comment!

  • have you ever broken your heels coming down from an invert?

  • no, ive never actually broken the heel part of a pair of heels.... the straps are usually the only thing that ends up broken after time and wear.

  • whats the name of the song starting at 4:46, and also the one where u're doing the dove at 3:00?

    anyone please?

  • sorry maybe someone will chime in but i cant help ya. it was on a digital music station and i wasnt paying attention..

  • First of all, I'd like to say thanks!!!Now I know each name to the move and what to look for. You are very kind to make these videos. I just bought a pole and am having a hard time with my stamina. My strength is ok, but could definately be better. My question is, how long did it take you to build strength and stamina? How often did you work out on the pole? Thanks in advance if you do answer. :)

  • thanks for your comment, to build your stamina, try and put on a 3 min song and dance the whole way through, next try a 5 min song, keep pushing yourself youll get there. I work as an exotic dancer so we are required to do 2 songs on stage which usually equals to about 8 mins total. Im on the pole 5 days a week, 4 of those in the club at 6hrs per shift. Work out often and consistently and youll reach your goals..

  • ohh can i just ask u how long did it take for u to learn al that??? and is it still hurt doing some of those moves or just while ur learning???

cuz i have so many bruises on my legs :-)))

  • ive been dancing for 8 yrs.. probably 4 of that on the pole.. it all depends on how often and how hard you practice.. keep it up. and yes the moves alay hurt at first, but it goes away..

  • WOOOOW girl u r insane :-)))

my god u r GOOD!!!! love it

  • woohoooo!! My new x-pole is now up and running.

Thanks for the tutorial. Just favourited it. It's my 'to do' list now I've got my new pole.

  • Thanks, this video isnt meant to be a tutorial, its just to show the moves and thier most commonly used names..

    good luck

  • ummm... just came across your beginner-immediate moves. I think I'll start of with that first. lol

  • yeah, if youre just starting out, that would be a good one to look at. Try to perfect each move before moving on to the next. Eventually youll be more than ready for the advanced stuff!!

  • thank you very good tutorial love your shoes :)x

  • this isnt a tutorial, just a video showing the moves and thier commonly used names.

  • Nice vids, this is very helpfull!

    I like your shoes too!

I'm practising the kneehold for al while now, but it's so painfull!! :-S

  • yes, the knee hold is a painful one to learn.. keep at it!

  • I am loving your vids....would like to know about your shoes...do you have to get them 2 sizes bigger?

  • no, why would u buy a pair of shoes that are two sizes too big..?

  • this stuff is more on the intermediate-advanced side of the spectrum..

    keep working!!!

  • OMG!!

I think you would make the Olympic team!

  • haha, thanks.!

  • i just got an x pole. and use your videos to teach me, because i have no freaking clue as to what to do. you are amazing! thanks!

  • thanks, glad youre finding them helpful...!

  • Fantastic videos have really helped me break some moves down that i didnt quite understand xx

  • thanks glad they helped..!

  • is the pencil the same as the iguana hun?

  • the iguana is the type of mount, the pencil is straight legs together after you do the iguana mount...

  • ty!

  • lol, yeah, i think my cat knocked something down...! lol

  • is there any way to do any of these on a static pole? i've never had access to a spin.

  • yes, almost all of these you can do on a static pole, they will just look like poses rather than poses that are spinning..!

  • hi, i know you have said you use the xpole, how does it stay sturdy, and does it have to be bolted. x

  • go google xpole and read all the info on the site.. you can get all the answers there.

  • everyone learns at a different pace, ive been dancing seven years. it all depends on how much you practice and how much time you dedicate to it..! good luck!

  • :O The jade split is amazing but quite difficult too, great work, very helpful :))

btw i love your shoes :P

  • thanks alot..!!

  • are you using a spinning pole? where did you get it if so

  • i use the xpole, do a google search...!

  • ive seen a lot of good poledancers, but believe me when i tell u ,u are the best!!

  • I keep comeing back to this video and today was the first time I noticed the name of the move I've been trying to do it the dove.

  • they dove is a kool looking move.. glad your finding this one helpful!

  • What's the name of that song that's playing when you're doing that reverse aysha?

  • sorry, i have no clue, i had a digital music station on the cable playing so im not really sure..

  • I decided to catch up on some tricks and watched this again. You are so bendy on that Dove! *someday*

  • thanks, keep at it!!

  • I wonder why the TeddyBear is called that?

it doesnt look soft an cuddly..

it's like fierce and strong and wide open, ha..

should be an animal like the Falcon, haha

  • Haha! I always wondered that, too. Great interpretation!

  • lol it doesnt feel soft and cuddly either!! Dunno where the names of moves originate from..

  • do u have any new videos up, I didnt find any and was wondering if I missed them somehow?

    oxoxo

    aloha!

  • oh yes, ive posted quite a few since this video. if your a subscriber, check your subscription, if not i sent a message with a link. thanks for watching!!

  • I LOVE YOUR SHOES!!!

Okay, I know I'm strong enough to hold myself up on the pole, but no matter how comfortable I feel with a move, my hands still get really slippery. I have a static pole so I can't use something that'll have like a super-glue grip if I want to spin. Any tips to make my hands slip less?

  • try washing your hands really well with warm water and soap, use a washcloth to dry your hands really good, then use that washcloth with a lil rubbing alcohol to clean the pole. There are also grip products you can use to battle the sweat. but usually starting with clean dry hands helps.

  • i love your dance,you're so great!

  • Thanks!

  • love your shoes as well :-)

  • =) ty

  • You make it look so easy. Thanks for showing me some stuff I can aspire too. You rock.

  • no prob, good luck!!

  • wooo how good was that video Redke!!!

  • thanks!!

  • I want your shoes! Awesome moves, I think I'll have to give some of them a try =) xpole is amazing!

  • you are the shyt on this pole, i oredered a pole in my dude crib , its removable pole but i still cant do none of this shyt.. lol well especially beginner moves, the spins is kinda fun... everytime i grab the pole its kinda slippery, i clean it with alcohol but my hand be kinda dry, i wonder how can my hand stay on the pole and not slip...

  • wow!! i was blown away as got further into your vid couldnt believe some of the stuff you were doing some are things i have been trying to work on ( handspring death lay jade split ect ) but alot were things i had never seen i esp love the no hands craddle just amazing!

  • thanks alot, glad you enjoyed it!

  • any advice on doing the ayasha? i can get into crucifix and can catipillar, but seem to get stuck when trying to get into straight edge or any of those variations thnx in advance amazing work by the way!

  • hey phoenix.. have you watched the Beginner/Intermediate Vid? The aysha in the video is more for beginners, check that one out. Only advice is to keep trying..!!

  • DuDe. how do you do the split grip cradle and split grip cradle pike with no hands???? should i spray my thighs down with AQUANET?

  • hairspray?? hmmm never tried hairspray on my skin for the pole. just make sure you have a clean, warmed up pole. The pole will grip your lower stomach, tops of the thighs, and below the elbow on the back of your forearm.. its a painful move, but if you practice it enough its less painful.. good luck!!

  • love your shoes...

  • glad you enjoyed it, thanks alot!!

  • you are really good on the pole! and you make it look easy, too, when its not! thanks!

  • thanks for the comment!!

  • Thanks so much Karol! Does the pain ever get any better/easier on the Teddy bear? I'm just now getting used to the pole burn on the arm but the pull on the tummy/rib cage skin is killing me!!!

  • yes, this move KILLED my arm the first few weeks i started doin it.. i think i had a golfball size bruise.. lol. It does go away and gets more comfortable the more you practice it.. keep at it

  • This is great! Thanks for the new tricks...and the shoes were much better than the beginner-intermediate video! lol. Maybe more light in the room next time so it is easier to see your hand postitioning?

  • thanks, i wore tennis shoes in the first two videos because alot of beginners start out barefoot or in tennis shoes rather than monster heels..! ill work on making the room brighter next time i practice..

  • Wow, I don't know how you girls do it, I guess I'm just a dumb uncoordinated guy lol, not that I've ever tried pole dancing but I'm pretty sure trying to walk in the shoes would be the end of me xP

  • amazingly the shoes arent that bad once you wear them for a couple of years! haha! Thanks for the comment!!

  • I love the socks.. I still love watching you! I need to start learning some new moves again! I'm boring myself!

  • yeah, i need to work on some new ones myself.. thanks for the comment girl!

  • Awesome video! I start pole dancing classes in January, I hope I can get to be this good one day!!! Love the shoes too haha
