Not meant to? I'm pretty sure they meant for this camera to be able to shoot videos at ultra high speed. So yes, some cameras are meant to do just that.
When i said They i ment Any camera are not supposta be shooting 1000 fps a second but thats why you see lag when taking video in slow mo because its using all its power.

thats because camras are not ment to be used at ultra high speeds lol its using every inch of Power to get that 1000 or 420 or 210 high speed
