m8 i can hit 150 on steel titan with 61 ranged its nuthin 2 do with ur level ruby bolt (e) is the real deal what its special is that when it does that red explosion thing which is called blood lust it takes of 10% of ur hp and 20% of ur opponents so if theres a higher hp critter out there ud prob be able 2 hit higher but when the creature gets lower hp it hits lower when u do the special attack gl with ur maxes guys all the best from me happy runescaping! ^.^

its the ruby(e) bolt's enchanted hit, you have a chance to take out upto 20% of your oppents hp in return you can loose up to 10% of your remaining hp. The bolt is good for "boss monsters" until their at like half hp, by boss i mean kbd, Kq, DK's, mith dragons, giant mole, jad, gwd, ect.
