Christine, I got Early Morning based on your swatches and description and I was surprised by how coral mine is. I even looked at the bottom to make sure they hadn't sent the honey one by mistake. I know there can be some variation in some of the mineralized products but this surprised me! It's still very pretty and wearable and I love the sheen this one has in its finish.

I purchased the mineralized eyeshadow in Daylight. I swatched it at the counter and it was a gorgeous lavender, but was surprised when I brought it home to find it swatched pink. They seem a bit hit or miss. Mine was mostly pink with only a few veins of the purple colour. I had to exchange it, but even then mine doesn't have nearly as much purple as the one swatched in the video. Just a heads up to those looking to purchase; definitely take a look at it before and choose the one you want!

Thanks so much for the pictures, but I wish that you would show us when you make the swatches, we can't see how much of the product you have to pack on for the swatch. Also, I wish you would show the swatch of each product right after you've shown it, instead of showing all the swatches at once. I can never remember what it looked like in the tube or pan.

@amoremac For the most part you can use it as a highlighter. However, you can dust a little on your cheeks for a bronze glow, but of course this is more pronounced on fairer skintones. Christine also says that for fair skins, you can potentially use it as a bronzer :)

I'm so happy MAC is releasing something a little less over the top than their last few collections...I can always find something wearable in each collection but will definitely have a hard time deciding what to purchase in this one...also, it seems that the formula for the mineralized eye shadows are getting better! I know you said you wouldn't recommend either of the MSF's but out of the two - did you like one better than the other? I was leaning towards redhead, but do you think it's similar to by candlelight? @BeautyAndTheBrute Redhead is darker than By Candlelight - Blonde would be more different than Redhead compared to By Candlelight, though. I wouldn't buy either but the below average wear time + emphasizing of pores aren't things I can compromise on!

@luvurmakeup I wouldn't get the MSFs or MES. The mineralize blushes have a really nice finish but the wear is only 6 hours for me (I have normal-to-dry skin), so that's a major bummer. The lipglasses were a bit of a buss. A Perfect Day was the best lipstick of the bunch. IMO, MAC has a bunch of great neutrals in their perm collection that you could check out too! :)

i am on the fence about red head msf but i purchased only two items from this collection today at the pro store. i purchased the beach sand cremesheen lipstick and the subtle breeze mineralize blush. i was on the fence about the early morning and fresh honey blush (it is really close to my skin tone.)
