how did you zoom up and speed the hyper cam up?

i went to windows moviemaker then went to clip then video then effects then clicked doble speed up. if i made this confusing find a tutorial on youtube thats how i learned

i didnt zoom the hyper cam i was zooming up on gimp to get a better look at the picture so i can draw the mouth and eyes better
