@Apple99Man Is good to see that you are starting young. I have a cousin that I kept him away from doing weights but to do push ups, pull ups, crunches and he looks great and he is toned up for being 15. Keep yourself away from lifting heavy dumbbells as it could affect your growth. -There are many abs home workout videos out there. All I did was crunches, ran 3 times a week and eat clean, healthy, high on protein meals. Getting asb is easy, having them show is hard. Eat clean.

You look absolutely fantastic! My only suggestion, based on the video alone, is that you might want to do more work on developing the biceps and triceps. However, since this video is almost a year old, that might have changed. Still, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
Back and Traps need work. Shave hair beneath bellybutton. How tall? Forearms need some bulk. Try some standing wrist curls both upward and downward palms. Work the Delts to the side and the Pecs Major to the front. Good Luck! Whole lot of potential there.

Rofl you really think you would see alot of difference after 10 weeks? You will need to train a SHITLOAD longer and you will see impovement ;) Dont worry in the end you will be happy just continue. When i started training i didnt see improvement for 6 months (Like you i only saw the abbs improve) but i train for about 2 years now and now its starting to show alot more ;)

@Jvconstructionneed2 its not based on arm size you have a different muscle/fat ratio not to mention 14inch lean arms look better on a 5'3 person they do on a 5'7. shorter people need to work harder to obtain 1lb of muscle then a taller person because cell distribution is different. its mainly based on low bf% frame and portions to get aesthetically beast.

Hey thanks a lot. I did cardio 3 to 4 times a week. Jug most of the time. Basically cause I wanted to replace fat with muscle. If you go to hard with cardio you might be at risk on burning muscle too.

as an ex-proffessional bodybuilder i can say good job kid, if your training at 16 just wait till your in your 20's. as a note of advice every muscle group looks fine in your torso, work on your upper back and biceps, they are the key for massive strength and you have plenty of room for improvement

There are two main reasons why legs are not usually shown: The upper body is the main focus, and also most people don't care about how their legs look, the only reason why they work them is to release hormones in the body which help the upper torso to grow even bigger.
Not really. lol I did not show my legs on this video because I didn't shave back at that age and it will turn out disturbing than amazing. I love working out my legs. I put much as time doing legs as doing a simple muscle like forearms. All bodybuilders are the same. I said all BODYBUILDERS not regular buff guys that go to the gym. Bodybuilders. Because we go on to competitions and that's a major and because we LOVE what we do. To test our potential; exceed the limits.
@BodySpammer i wish i had a cam back when i was in shape. i blew my knee so i gained a lot of weight. back in high school though i was 5'8" 210 5-7% body fat. 35in legs 19in arms i cant remember what my chest was. the only reason i posted the original comment is because not many people work their legs as much as upper body. i myself had every leglifting record at my old school lol.

@BodySpammer i already am fat lol. since i blew my knee i couldnt do anything for almost a year so i gained a lot of weight. i hit 305 but i dropped back down im around 270 right now doing a lil lifting and exercising to lose more weight. one tip i have that i always did. hit your max every time you lift. warm up with light weight and gradually move up if it takes 4-5 sets to hit your max then so be it. when i was at my peak my max leg press was at 1200lbs i warmed up at 400. more reps more tone
Good work, I can see you are not on roids and you are doing it the right way here! Keep broadening your horizon and take each day as an experience to better yourself. By the time you are in your mid 20s you will be in excellent condition to bodybuild with the big guys.

Bro, nice work on the body. I luv it. I also started going to the gym about a week ago. Im turning 16 in december and don't have that much muscles. Kind of have fat on me. 175lb and 5'7". I weight lift 6 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week for about 25 mins. How long will it take me to have a body like your in this vid. Please answer!!!!

Hey thanks a lot. I did cardio 3 to 4 times a week. Jug most of the time. Basically cause I wanted to replace fat with muscle. If you go to hard with cardio you might be at risk on burning muscle too.

Im gonna change my cardio training right now to 30 mins a day every day instead, and also how much cardio should i do when im gonna do weightlifting 5 times a week later on?. Im 16 right now and i could get my cardio from doing it at P.E classes but i dont know.. tell me what you think

as an ex-proffessional bodybuilder i can say good job kid, if your training at 16 just wait till your in your 20's. as a note of advice every muscle group looks fine in your torso, work on your upper back and biceps, they are the key for massive strength and you have plenty of room for improvement

ok in all vids you see of body builders all you see is upper body. my question is who actually works their legs. i was a body builder in high school and i worked my legs more than my upper body.

@theTank77 Actually all the smart bodybuilders work their legs. There are two main reasons why legs are not usually shown: The upper body is the main focus, and also most people don't care about how their legs look, the only reason why they work them is to release hormones in the body which help the upper torso to grow even bigger.

Not really. lol I did not show my legs on this video because I didn't shave back at that age and it will turn out disturbing than amazing. I love working out my legs. I put much as time doing legs as doing a simple muscle like forearms. All bodybuilders are the same. I said all BODYBUILDERS not regular buff guys that go to the gym. Bodybuilders. Because we go on to competitions and that's a major and because we LOVE what we do. To test our potential; exceed the limits.

@BodySpammer i wish i had a cam back when i was in shape. i blew my knee so i gained a lot of weight. back in high school though i was 5'8" 210 5-7% body fat. 35in legs 19in arms i cant remember what my chest was. the only reason i posted the original comment is because not many people work their legs as much as upper body. i myself had every leglifting record at my old school lol.

@BodySpammer i already am fat lol. since i blew my knee i couldnt do anything for almost a year so i gained a lot of weight. i hit 305 but i dropped back down im around 270 right now doing a lil lifting and exercising to lose more weight. one tip i have that i always did. hit your max every time you lift. warm up with light weight and gradually move up if it takes 4-5 sets to hit your max then so be it. when i was at my peak my max leg press was at 1200lbs i warmed up at 400. more reps more tone

Good work, I can see you are not on roids and you are doing it the right way here! Keep broadening your horizon and take each day as an experience to better yourself. By the time you are in your mid 20s you will be in excellent condition to bodybuild with the big guys.

i think 16 to 17 or 18 is quite some time to progress. if he is 16 he could get in quite better shape when 18. i was 90kgs at 16 and now at 17 im 105kgs :D
