  • Does Whole Foods sale the Female Aloe Vera Plant?

  • thank you..we have an aloe vera plant and it is huge.

i will massage the gel in next time..i have been using it on my hair!

  • how many times a week should you use the aloe vera plant? everyday? or everytime before you have a shower?

  • 1. i love your video & your personility 2. i heard about the aloe vera plant & i purchased 1 (before watching the video) but all they had were the "male" plants. i know the benefits of it but i dont know how to cut it or take care of it. if i only need a little piece of it (ex: cut, burn, etc), can i just cut what i need or do i have to cut the whole leaf? is it possible to grow the "male" plant into larger plant? does it have the same benefits as the "female" plant? should i replace the male?

  • Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it. One thing I want to ask. Have you noticed shedding after using the castor oil on your scalp. I don't know if I'm imagining it, but it seems like after I used the castor oil on my scalp for a couple of weeks, I noticed more shedding, but it has helped in making my hair feel thick also.

  • Why is it necessary to wash it (aloe vera) out?

can you leave it in as apart of a hair care regimine?

  • @mankalove yeah u can:0)

  • An old friend of mine who was pregnant almost two years ago told me that after having a baby, a woman is supposed to continue taking their prenatal vitamins because if not, their hair will fall out. I'm not sure how true that is, but was just wondering if you've ever heard anything like that.

  • No, not really. i STOP taking mine b/c of my hair falling out . I dont think that was the reason but at that point i just stopped everything lol . IF you breastfeed then you should . I BF w/o the prenatal (for 11 mths and with the prenatal 3 mths) and i'm fine and my baby is fine..i just ate right and took other vitamins. Everybody is different :0)

  • I wonder if drinking the juice helps with hair shedding too? I have to look around to try using the actual plant. I've never seen them in the stores. Thanks for the info!

  • @Only1Meya i won't hurt! it's better to get the plant but to drink the juice..is good too...the juice and the gel has incredible moisturizing ability. It helps for dry and troubled hair. Thanks for watching Meya!!!!

  • OMG!!! i just started grinning from ear to ear when I saw my name. I've never been called out before! My name looked so 'pretty' on the screen hehehehehe!!

Thanks for the information on the aloe. I think I'll try it this weekend. What country is/was your hair dresser who you were referring to from?

  • She's from Brazil...and no prob:0)

  • Thank u sooo much 4 this video. My hair has grown tremendously, but i've noticed a great deal of shedding within the last few months. Whenever I comb my hair like soo many strands come out, and I just start freaking out lol. I've just added more protein into my hair regimen, and now thanks 2 u I'm gonna also inculcate Aloe Vera into my regimen also. Ur videos are amazing! Keep up the good work! Lol =))
