I would pay just about any sum of money to see one of these concerts live. It's not only a celebration of some of the most fantastic scores ever written for television, but it's a genuine show that looks like a lot of fun! But really, putting This is Gallifrey and Doomsday back to back... once again I'll be inconsolable for the remainder of the evening.
all the music in this series is just amazing, though rose still irks me..she finally got what she wanted, the doctor, a mortal version, one who can age and actually have a life with her..and she still wasn't happy! ugh!...id like to throttle the writer for that lol
"This is Gallifrey" is probably my favorite piece of music from any TV series ever. Every time I listen to it, I feel it sweep me off my feet and take me far, far away.
I think I love the Gallifrey piece the most, out of the ones played for this concert. The gentle beat, the almost haunting clarinet, the images it envokes in my head.

I think they needed to bring down the volume of the Electric basses on "This is Gallifrey"...... you couldn't really hear the violins...

@kesomon It's an oboe, not a clarinet. But I agree with you on the rest.
