I think this looks great and will be a hit. Though I do have my nitpicks to share:

For the Demo-level, the ground "ledges" on the east and west side look like they are just verticle platforms of the ground, it just looks a little odd... Is it possible to change that?

Also, the jumping looks like as if the character is on the moon...perhaps tweak the physics slightly.

Though, I can't wait to see what comes of this game because it seems to have some interesting Bubble'Bobble-esqe gameplay. :)

Haha, looking amazing so far. I'll be getting an ipod touch soon and, although I'm not too keen on your Apocalypse game, I'm very interested in this new project. I watched your 30 day challenge video and I was VERY impressed. This is obviously an early stage, so I don't want to comment on what I've seen thus far. I'd like to ask, though, if you'll be having a free-roam adventure feel to the game, similar to the sidescrolling Metroid games.

Keep it up, I want to see this in the app store soon.

Can you allow the music stored on the iPhone to be played as background music in the game?

Why are the three heroines climbing this water-soluble-monster-infected area?

Can an item be thrown into the large gelatin enemies to solidify them so they can be used to jump off of to reach new places or used as weights for puzzles?

Will the player only have one linear path to take or will the player be able to benefit from exploring different paths and be able to skip optional areas?

Yes you can allow players music in the new SDK, ill try and have an option for either in there.

Ill reveal more of the story later but it also involves other characters not yet revealed ;p

there will be Metroid esc 'freezing' enemy puzzles for sure

Each of the 3 characters will have there own exclusive areas in the game and parts of the story, there will be a huge enthuses on completing the game with all three girls.
