Fred, Phil Grippaldi, Mike Karchut,, Joe Puleo, Russ Knipp....all were great Chicago champs back in the day, traveling from all over to train at the Duncan Y.
Talked to Fred yesterday at the National Olympic Lifting Championships held at U of Illinois, Chicago. He looks leaner, and still hard as a rock. Bob Gajda and Bill Seno also attended.
